I recently did business with them and they were very courteous and professional. The transaction was very quick and efficient and I appreciated them taking 20 pounds of metal off my hands.

My son wrecked his car in Virginia; we are from North Carolina. I had called around to a few salvage yards and when I spoke to Maria at Rose Time, she was friendly, patient with all of my questions, and knowledgeable. She was able to help me make arrangements for them to pick up my son's car from the impound lot that day. She made a stressful time much easier to handle. Highly recommend Rose Time!!

I spoke with Marie and Donna searching for my part needed for my Thunderbird. They had it waiting for me in great condition. And great price! Couldn't ask for more.

The attitude of the workers that I experienced at this location made me feel like I was in a regular store rather than just a scrap metal site. I really appreciated their professional attitude.

These folks were terrific! The receptionist and mechanic were both very kind to work with. Price for the part I needed was extremely fair and customer service was unbeatable! Will return if I need anything in the future and recommend to anyone!

They don't want to pull parts only the parts they want to pull,it was alot better when they use to let customer pull the parts,I won't never go to this place ever again

Nice and friendly staff. Knowledgeable and helpful to find and look up parts. We have also bought to used cars from here and they have been excellent vehicles. John and Marie take excellent care of their customers.

This place is a bad joke, my employment there was nothing but dealing with malfunctioning equipment, inadequate safety practices and equipment. They also give you the absolute minimum for scrap metal and charge ridiculous amounts to purchase scrap metal from them. As for a car yard, they do not pull the parts for you, nor do they offer tools for you to pull parts with. You'd have better luck in Lyndhurst to get car parts, there is no charge to browse their field, and they can pull the parts for you with an extra charge.

My son 17 purchased a engine for his truck. When they took the engine out they cut all the wiring some unnecessarily. We called and ask why they cut them all the owner John Hedges told us that was extra. John also told him if he returned the core would give him core charge of $200.00 so my son was happy. Well he returns the engine for the core charge and get's $20.00 scrap price because John never wrote it on his receipt.Yes I did work there after getting sick and put into hospital I was demoted to yard help so as soon as I could I left on my own. This guy is so full of himself wants something for nothing brags about how much money the place makes him while barely paying the employees a decent wage. Oh John BTW not about the money I make in a year what you pay 8 employees It's about a man's word!!! Clearly you haven't a clue what those two things are!!

If I could put less than one star I would. This company is a joke. The owners talk down and yell at the ladies at the front desk, i myself have seen John put his finger in the ladies faces, yelling & talking down to them as if they weren’t even people IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS. It’s clear that they have no respect for others and are only worried about making money, no matter the cost.
