What a great experience! We have used them twice. They made it so easy to set up a time to come pick up our van. The guy was absolutely amazing and even showed my boys how to use the tow truck it was seriously the best thing in the world to them.

I had a fun time this weekend visiting Route 14 for the first time.<br><br>I was surprised by the great organization and pleasant customer service…two things you usually don’t see at a scrapyard! They knew which cars were where and were friendly about telling you. Very fair prices for various parts.<br><br>So many different cars out there and lots of interesting things. It was enjoyable even just to walk over the dirt and car parts to see all the different cars there were to see. I found 2 out of 3 very specific things I was looking for, so I’d call it a huge win. I only read the sign that says they will find and pull the parts for you once I was back inside, which is also a nice service.<br><br>I also appreciated the flexibility coming from the guys on duty when my cell phone went missing. I hadn’t realized it was close to closing time, and they were gracious about waiting for me while I ran out to where I realized it fell out of my pocket while I’d been climbing on top of an older Chevy pick up to get a better lookout.<br><br>Thanks to the 3 employees who didn’t mind waiting for me - sorry I didn’t get names. You saved me a lot of trouble and several hundred bucks for a new phone! Will definitely be back for more interesting parts.
