I called for a part and they said they had it. They took my information and told me they’d call me in a few hours when it was pulled. I didn’t hear from them that day so I called them back the next day. They told me the person who helped me and pulled the part was not in but they would give me a call when he came in. They didn’t call me that day so the next day which was the third day I gave them a call they told me they had the part but just needed to find it and they would call me when they found it. I didn’t hear from them so I went into their store to pick up the part because they told me the day before that they had it. When I got their they told me that they found the part but sold it to someone else. They only cared about the sale and not the customer. Now I lost 4 days that I could have ordered a part and had it come in which leaves me without a car for another week.

Great experience. Needed a spare donut tire replaced that I couldn't get at tire shops and getting it from a dealer would have cost $200 more. Fast and friendly, I would highly recommend.

They helped me find the right coolant overflow tank, and told me how to read the code on the sticker in my glovebox to find out which mirror my truck needed. Friendly and helpful.
