Rudy was very patient with me, and allowed me to pickup my laundry at the laundromat, although he was on a timed schedule, and it was out of the way. The woman answering the phone was very hateful and not helpful at all. I called looking for help and/or advice getting unstuck and was rather scared when I called and all she did was make me cry and even more scared. I definitely do not recommend calling them at all.
