My girlfriend came here for an oil change because she bought the truck from them and they were supposed to fix her backup camera during the Oil change appointment. They did not ask her what type of oil she wanted, the gentleman doing the oil change was brand new and did not know how to reset the oil light. She had to ASK him to fix it before we left, which took another 10 minutes for him to play with it and figure it out. They did not fix her backup camera light because the electrician mechanic guy was not there, but said they would look at it during the appointment. The guy didn't even know where to look or what was going on, so it was never even looked at. She was not informed when she made the appointment that there is a 3 percent fee for using a credit card. When she was handed the first bill , it didnt even have the oil on there until she mentioned it.. When she dropped the truck off for the oil change and tire rotation she was told it would only take 1 hour. She ended up waiting 2 hours. I do not recommend this place for an oil change!! Also, its worth noting that there are no prices on any vehicles on display. Hard to shop when you don't know prices up front.
