Yesterday my truck wouldn’t start and I was having trouble figuring out why. I cleaned my batteries and tried a few things and still nothing.So I called AAA and they sent SM towing. Took only 40 minutes and the driver (Bernie) was very knowledgeable. He looked at my truck and then said I think I know what’s wrong. He was able to start my truck and advise me to drive it home and then he even suggested a replacement part to fix my start issue! We had to have our truck towed almost 200 miles and our driver Chris was in contact with us from the time he got the order for the tow until he was about to arrive to pick up the truck. He was very professional and secured the vehicle very well for it's long journey. He made sure the vehicle was delivered safely and did not leave until he was sure we were happy. Chris was very conscience and we would recommend Santa Maria towing to anyone in a bond like we were.

AAA sent this tow trucking co. to help me start my car. I had to admit I looked at the reviews of this place and was a bit skeptical and worried about the service. They were a little late, not by a lot, but the man, Cheeto, was very apologetic. He was not rude, he was very informative of what was going on with my car battery and told me what I should do. In general : service was good, bit off timing.
