Scheduling with Katie was quick and easy. She did a great job of setting expectations for the pick up. On the day of the delivery I received a text that the truck was in route, then a phone call when the guys were 15 minutes out. The team was extremely professional as well as personable. They did an amazing job at getting 30 year old, solid oak entertainment center up from the basement and out the door. Their prices were reasonable. I would definitely work with Scraps again. I highly recommend their services.

The guys were great! Very professional yet personable. The company kept me posted on arrival time and the guys called when they were on their way. They had to take my front door off in order to remove my refrigerator and they made sure that everything was put back correctly and worked properly. I would absolutely recommend this company! These guys were great. It was easy to get an appointment, they were on time and did a great job, even raked the leaves underneath our pile of scrap! Pricing was very reasonable, better than other junk services we’ve used in the past. Friendly and courteous. Assured me that they recycle and deliver to re-use facilities as much as possible. Would recommend.

It all started with a sectional haul off and it ended with an almost full truck. Michael and Brian did an amazing job helping us get rid of an old couch and they were extremely accommodating when we added “a few more things” in the very last moment. The guys from Scraps were so incredibly responsive and were able to schedule us for next-day service. They called before showing up and were incredibly professional. To top it off, they wore appropriate protective wear to keep my home clean and were great with our dogs. The extra care to protect the walls going up and down the stairs was important for us and I didn’t even need to remind them of it! This was truly the best experience and the easiest “spring cleaning” I have ever done. Oh… and it was all done in about 30min. I would recommend their services and I’m looking forward to the next time I have the opportunity to interact with them. And they were 30 minutes late…But, the quote was so fair in price and they were willing to knock the work out so quickly, I was happy to let them tackle the job. Michael and Brian were on time. When they called to let me know there ETA, I asked them to slow down a little as I wasn't quite ready. They gave me the 10 extra minutes I needed.They assured the cyclone appearance of my home is normal on moving day. No judgment, no eye rolls, no groans. Both young men were pleasant and professional. The guys were great. Very efficient and friendly. They shoveled snow off the patio, took care of all of our junk, and cleaned up afterwards. Our basement looks much better!
