Dan and Cameron were so helpful and went out of their way to bring my car to Lexington for me to save me and my grandparents the drive to Frankfort. Dan was so kind and helped me through the process since I had no idea where to start and it took no time at all to get my car. It was brought to me clean and with a full tank of gas and personally it's the little things that matter. At Select Auto I didn't feel like I was an easy target at all, I felt like a person that they wanted to give the best experience possible and they succeeded. We had the best experience here, not only is staff super friendly and professional, Dan and Brad went above and beyond for us to be able to buy our dream car they are unlike many auto sale guys they really take the time and care anyone deserves, they answered all our questions and they did not mind at all even though some questions were asked more than once lol (you get pretty nervous once youre so close in buying your dream car) they were very helpful, and we are very grateful. Our experience at Select Auto was fantastic. Worked directly with the owner, Dan, as well as Brad. Both were very knowledgeable and very easy to work with. No frills, laid back, to the point, and enjoyable!Dan gave us great advice on what to do with the 2013 Jeep Patriot we were looking to replace, and helped us upgrade to a Lexus NX 200t.Even a week after purchase, we noticed a small chip on the Lexus L emblem on the grill. I got back in touch asking if that was something they could help us with, since Lexus dealerships said it would cost 700-800 dollars to replace. Fully expecting to pay something for the replacement, Dan said they'd be glad to replace it at no cost.I will be back to Select Auto for myself in the future, and can't recommend this family owned business enough to others!Side note: If you enjoy talking about live music, Dan's a good one to shoot the breeze with!
