Ive came here several times. In all the times I have come; nobody, not one single person has been pleasant, friendly or helpful except one younger kid. Maybe 18. He was. Other than that I have gotten rude and treated as a bother to them when I paid extra for rims I didn't want but it was later in the day so I did anyway to save them from staying and breaking the tires off. I never need anything picked off for me nor do I ask for anything or assistance once. Always tried to make their life just a bit easier even if it made mine a bit harder. But the thing that did me in was when I brought a part back....yes "2 weeks later" it was at close that day but talked to the guy and explained it was the wrong year. I run a business as I I am not usually free during their hours, I had cleaned it he part even. But all I wanted to do was exchange it for one that was the right years and would inte rchang Fellow said yeah but they was closing. So as I left I said I'd be back next day. Next day some tool gets rude "says he heard conversation " and won't let me. So I tell him okay keep all the parts in the bag anyway cause it was wrong year so not needed. As I leave in front of a customer yells at me calla me a liar pretty much saying fellow never said anything like that of course fellow was not there that next day. I'll go to Indy before I come back here ever.

Just about any part you need they have it and low prices. Only pick a part in town . Friendly and helpful staff.!!

Friendly people. I searched/found the vehicle I needed without being bothered. The pricing was reasonable as well

Been calling since 4pm they don't close till 4:30pm it's now 4:15pm been on hold trying to connect to counter for 15 minutes either they leave early or they choose to not answer phones prior to closing......4:20pm phone was answered and I was informed that she's busy and can't answer phones and assist customers so she would have to put me back on hold POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ...I ALSO have purchased 1 part from them in the past and was rushed out the door 10 minutes before closing to then be charged 160 dollars for a 16 dollar part took 3 days to get my refund and numerous calls to higher up to clarify the charge was a mistake on there behalf.

Pauls pick a part makes me feel SCRHAPPY!! I would recommend it to anyone looking to save on an expensive part for their vehicle..pull your own part gives me that tingly feeling all over. . .

They are good people to Deal with and have good Price's for taking in scrap

Staff is friendly. The place seems to be organized and the workers actually know what's goin on at their place of work. It's awesome that if you find other random stuff in the cars you can show them and they will allow you to buy it for a usually decent amount.

Was happy they had what I needed and people were nice enough. Would have given it 5 stars but you have to walk out past where they are working and into the junk yard to look for your own part. I understand you could steal stuff and stash it in your car, but still it is what it is.

I wouldnt recomend this place to anyone the staff was rude and lazy. i pulled in with a load of scrap metal 45in before they are scheduled to close when i walk in they tellr they are closed i brought it to there attrmtion abput their website yhen they telle there scales are clised for the day

Went there this Sunday to get a part for my daughter's car. Staff was completely rude and refused to help us, regardless of us calling before hand and them telling us they would help us. I will never bring them anything ever again. Their staff was completely disrespectful and downright lazy. One staff member was assigned to help us and when we told him what we needed he went and complained so he didn't have to do his job. Lazy, good for nothing place and will no longer do business here and I will tell everyone about how rude and disrespectful the staff members were .Take your money and cars elsewhere.
