I have had a 1979 TA, 2005 Tralblazer, 2007 Fusion & 2012 Grand Prix all need misc. parts in the past year. Ok, all of 2019 & almost all of 2020!The NEW owner is always very nice and sends me to someone else reliable if it’s something he doesn’t currently have.On a few occasions he has also referred me to mechanics to put the stuff in that I’m trying to get fixed. (My husband is often too busy to get to the project after I search for & buy the part)I’m just glad when I don’t have to drive all the way out to another town to get a used part & also glad when I don’t have to buy new parts that don’t concern me with warranty.

New owner is very knowledgeable and helpful. I was treated with respect and talked to like a human being. Highly recommended! Thank you!

Just like all the other review call the guy is rude. Can't give a straight answer. Just we will call. A friend of mine warned me and I didn't listen. He just had an issue with a transfer case they gave him the wrong one. But the guy there say we don't make mistakes.

I have no idea if their service is good or not. All I know is the guy that answers the phone is rude and nasty. So never got past that. Will never do business with someone who doesn't give a crap about who's calling. Good Luck!
