80 percent of parts from this place unless ordered new are faulty or don’t work

Unless you get the part new from them it’s most likely not gonna work gotten a couple parts that just don’t work and they try to say it’s the installers fault

Was looking for a hard to find part for a customer’s vehicle. Smith’s didn’t have one in their inventory, but was able to find one for me and had it shipped directly to my business in a very timely manor! Part was reasonably priced and in great condition! Will definitely recommend them for your replacement part needs!

Bad business parts are faulty and they don’t value their warranty

Parts seem to be faulty or somthing gotten a couple junky parts from them that don’t work at all

We talked to Kent. He got the part. It didn't look like the part we have. We took it in to him and he told us yes this is the right part the placement is a little different for the plug in parts. Then the above and beyond happened he went with us to the vehicle (sitting right outside) and helped us. It did fit perfectly and is a great replacement. Great place to work with. We will be back!

MY BAD. This review was for piland. you and your team are very attentive and professional unlike your counterparts. ( They sold me an alternator they did not have it in the store and they ordered it they charged me 20 extra I received it on Friday I installed it and it does not work I return it on Monday and they tell me they can only get me another one but I already bought a new one and I did not They wanted to give credit just another piece just like I no longer need)
