My company CTi uses Southwest towing, this morning 2/11/2020 I had to get winch out because I got stuck in the mud at the 60/79 intersection. The tow truck driver Danny showed up on a timely manner and was very professional and had excellent customer skills, he even brought me a warm cup of coffee which I was amazed by the gesture. I just hope Southwest Towing appreciates having such an amazing employee, and they realize how fortunate they are to have him on their team.SincerelyTobias Trujillo

I needed to be towed a few days ago my car had some problems the Gentlemen that answered the phone said that he would get someone out there asap .I didn't have to wait very long at all the driver was very nice the fees weren't so bad Thanks Guys !

Very bad..... the lady told me a price when I called to see how much it was. To get a truck out of there. Then literally 2-3 hrs later when I arrived I was given a higher price. Seriously!!?? On top of that, a man that works there was rude for no reason. I was simply standing by the gate, a guy in a white truck comes up to me and "yells" at me and tells me I need to be "far away" from the gate and told me "he can be really mean and rude if I didn't follow his instructions... There was no need for this man to yell at me and be rude plus give me different prices ......

Southwest Towing, they do tow commercial vehicles, I had a KW T660 they towed with no problems at all. The driver & his helper were knowledgeable & worked quickly. I would call them again.

Southwest Towing, could not get past Kevin, who got angry just because he has to work there. And they don't seem to care what their image to the public is. They don't have prices on anything and are rude about it in a big way. Might as well forget ever going to this non-business, severely anti-public establishment and let God handle it.

I've called them looking for a couple 98 car doors and they were supposed to call back. A hour goes by and I get no callback. So I call them back and they have to call me back again. Still no callback. So I called them back AGAIN and turns out they wanted TRIPLE the price that the other guys wanted. The lady on the phone was very rude to me and said "go look for them someplace else." Well thats what I'll do. Thanks alot.

My boyfriends car got impounded and its been more then 6 weeks I've made several attempts to locate and get pricing. To get it out.. And still have not been able to reach these people! This whole predicament has been a nightmare

They are rude and overpriced. I drove out from Tucson and found their prices 15% to 40% higher than Tucson companies. Location extremely difficult to locate.

Old wreck and car accident salvage yard. Huge variety of cars you name it. If your looking for a spare car part they might have it there.
