Very friendly staff! I was a little apprehensive being a woman and selling my beloved (but very dead) car for parts. The staff and the owner never talked down to me or made me feel like I was less than a customer. They were upfront about why they paid what they did and I feel that I got a good deal.

Randy got us a bad part. We called and he apologized and said he would send us a refund. Three phone calls later, and 2 months later..NO REFUND.......I'd find another source.

Very nice people! The only place around who had a new gas tank in stock for my 90 pickup and the best price by a long shot. Paid over the phone and picked up later in the evening.

Parts were ordered Monday July 6, 2015. Told the parts would be in by 3pm July 7, 2015. Paid for over the phone. Gave them our phone number in case there were any problems. Went out July 7th for our order. We were told after driving for an hour to the store that all the parts were not in. Called on July 8th in the morning and asked if the parts were going to be in today. They told us later in the afternoon but yes. We asked Spitz to call us when the parts came in so we could avoid the rush hour traffic. Called Spitz about 2:30pm and asked if the parts had arrived. The pleasant lady answering the phone said that yes, the parts had come in about an hour and a half ago. I will never do business with this company again as they have no regard for their customers and cannot follow simple directions. I do not recommend them

I personally did not visit this location,. I was seeking a mirror for a work vehicle that needs one for inspection. I called other locations and they did not have it. I called Spitz Auto parts and the gentleman, I believe his name was June, was very helpful! although they did not have the mirror I need he gave me phone numbers for two possible mirrors

These guys went above and beyond to find a discontinued rear camshaft cover for my 99 S10. I've literally searched every conceivable place from online/aftermarket to dealerships as well as multiple scrap/salvage yards. I was at my wits end and had been told I would possibly need a new motor because of the unlikelihood of me finding a replacement. Stephen, who responded quickly to my parts request, went out of his way to find this part even though they didn't have one there and got back to me the very next day that he had found one! I will definitely be going back to them for any parts I need for my truck in the future, as well as highly recommending to my friends and family! Amazing job guys and thanks again Stephen! :) As a side note in regards to some of the negative reviews I've seen... As someone who has worked in the service industry most of my life, a lot of the attitude you get is due to the attitude you give. If you're a jerk to them, do you really expect them to be overly pleasant to you? Moral... Be nice to others :)

Bought a front bumper for my son's GMC Sierra. Paid 340.00 for it. They sent it back to their vendor. Did not notify us that they did so. Then would not refund me any of my money for the bumper. The president Jeff Spitz handed me his business card and told me to call him and he would square everything up with me. He offered me new brakes and rotors free in replace of the bumper. Then I took him up on his offer a month later. I called Jeff for the brakes and rotors. He then told me that he was charging me $88.00 for the brakes and rotors. I then called him a liar because he made a promise to square up with me and it would be free of charge. He then told me that he couldn't help me and hung up on me. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate to his customers. Spitz Auto Parts Inc. stole my money. I am going to take legal action against Jeff. Companies can't steal money from people and think they can get away with it. I absolutely do not recommend Spitz to anyone!!! Media time!!!

Call it great customer service or call it luck. I needed a hubcap for a 1993 car. Well, they had 2. I get there and they had to go retrieve it. I asked if i could go with them, turned down. But thats ok. I asked them to see about an ash tray and a dome light cover. WOW, they had them both. Again, right place, right time. I had called a year ago looking and they did not have any of it. On the ball, and great prices to boot. Awesome!

I just stopped in this plates looking for some parts for a vehicle I have and the guy just kept asking me question after question after question without just telling me if they actually had one of the vehicles I was looking for. I'll go somewhere else where they just get to the point.

Great place, have been dealing with Spitz Auto Parts since early 70s. Give them a call, and ask. If they don't have it, they will let you know. Best prices also!

So, I was there to make a commercial delivery in a tractor trailer. I pulled into their yard swing around and back into their loading dock. As I tried to go into the building all the doors were locked, and trying to find someone that worked there was a task in itself! But, once I did everyone was very helpful. The receiving manager gone on a forklift has I opened the door to the trailer and had his Freight off the trailer in mere minutes! He signed my paperwork and apologize for the delay and I was on my way total stop time was 35 minutes. The unload time was about 7 minutes and I was on my way. So if you are a driver, just be patient when you get there.

Got the right part at a good price. I usually can find what I need. I was not exactly thrilled that I got there a few minutes before close and they were already making haste out of the parking.

the people at this company are very rude, they said they would have had all the parts we ordered for my car on Thursday, we called on a Monday and when we got there they did not have all the items that were to be ordered. they were recommended by Firestone. WE WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN. THEY ARE OVER PRICED

You'd think someone in the salvage business would know that parts can and will work across several model years. And this may blow their mind, sometimes across several models!! Nope. Their website forces you to put in a specific year of the part you are looking for, and you'd assume they'd know what to do from there. Nope, instead I received a rude email saying there's no way such a new vehicle would be found in a salvage yard at this time. Meanwhile, I already know that the part can come from any 2007 through 2017 Jeep model. After I go back and explain that to them, they rudely tell me if I had wanted the part on a new vehicle, I should have ordered it when I bought it. However, I was looking to get a spare one and I did order it with the part. In fact, I didn't have to "order" it as every Jeep Wrangler comes with a spare tire carrier, with a spare mounted right on it. I don't expect someone to know everything about every vehicle manufacturer and model, but Stephen was absolutely obnoxious. I can't imagine how much business they are losing because someone requests a part for a certain year car, and even though that part can be found on several models and model years, they just don't have one from that exact year, Stephen tells them they are out of luck. I grew up going to junkyards with my dad to get parts and looked forward to working with Spitz as they are local for me. I think I'll find somewhere else. Maybe visiting Spitz would be better, but it's too difficult to get there before they close on weekdays, and I can't call while I'm working, leaving their website as the best option to request a part. It's just a shame they don't have someone more knowledgeable and customer friendly to answer the internet requests.

Don't give these jerks the opportunity to screw you like they did me. Since I have to give at least 1 star, then I grudgingly will, but they deserve 0. I made an Internet inquiry for a rear driveshaft for a Ford Escape. Seems simple enough, right? The Auto Parts website led me to these ying yangs. Don't deal with these jackasses, go elsewhere. They tell me they have 2, will put in the order, and they will give me the better of the 2, and I make arrangements to pick up the following day. Again, seems simple enough... But no.. I get there the next day, and get the deer in the headlights look when I tell them what I'm there for. It hasn't been pulled yet, for some mystical reason. So ok, I'll wait, not a big deal. So after 25 minutes I'm told there's a problem. They actually don't have either one they told me they had. I tell them well thanks for screwing me over, adios A holes. Oh and for those who think it's because of having the wrong attitude: I was perfectly happy and appreciative right up to the point where I was told "we have a problem". If the jerk had checked to make sure they actually had at least one of the 2 they told me they had, this review would be entirely different. One last remark: read the other comments, Jeff Spitz rated himself twice with 5 stars!!!! Hahahaha no wonder their average score is much higher than they deserve!!!

Reply to post "Tiffany Queen" from Jeff Spitz: Have doubts this is even posted by the Tiffany Queen who worked at Spitz. The Tiffany that worked at Spitz was a Cashier from July 2012 to June 2015. She is a wonderful person and her family members that I know are incredible people. The Tiffany I knew for three years at Spitz did a great job as Cashier and helped us set-up an appointment system for customers. Charles Martin's post below is proof of how well Tiffany did her job. Tiffany would never have let Charles down. Again, this review was written more than 6 months after the Tiffany Queen I knew left Spitz. Thanks

I had a cracked rim, and they got me a used one over night. The used one had a bit more damage on it then anticipated. However they gave me $ 20 off I couldn't be happier.
