Needed my Jeep towed. They were incredibly friendly and affordable. Would recommend them to anyone! Will definitely be using them for any future towing needs.

I broke down and needed a tow and after being told by other companies that they couldn’t help me ( who’s website said they towed vehicles) so I called a friend (who’s a car guy himself) and asked him for a reference..... he said to call Sprouse and they were by far the best and cheapest for the job.....so I called not knowing how things would go... my friend was spot on.....the man was there as quick as he had said and didn’t try to get rich off of me......his price was beyond reasonable..... a lot cheaper than any tow I’ve ever been a part of...... the owner/driver was a good old down to earth man who anyone would enjoy being around......my grandson interacted with the guy when we got to my house and told the man that he wanted to be a tow truck driver some day.... the man said to him “ when you’re not in school you can come ride with me sometime to learn”.....he made my grandsons day.... and I believe the man genuinely meant what he said and I would trust him completely if it were to happen......I saw a bad review while I was getting ready to type this and quite frankly I just don’t believe what the guy wrote...... it has to be a fake review by one of his competitors.....( or maybe an ex girlfriend...lol) I will forever recommend this company to anyone who needs a service as this one......I didn’t get the guys name and I hope he reads this , but for all it’s worth THANKS MAN......Service: Car towing

Without a doubt the most unprofessional service I have ever experienced. Tried for two days to set up a time to have something hauled and after multiple “let me call you right backs” and “we can do that tomorrow around 1-2” they never showed. Had to call them multiple times to confirm and even rented some equipment based on their promises. The final straw for me was when I called to get an estimated arrival time and was told that another bigger job came up for him to “potentially make a lot of money”. If you are looking to have them do anything for you or are broke down on the side of the road, I would suggest you walk home or start pushing your vehicle before you think about calling this joke of a “business “.Service: Local hauling
