They're dishonest about the condition of parts, over priced poor service. Overall terrible. We will not do business with them going forward. We did talk to the manager before leaving a review. Very rude and unprofessional. Need to do a better job of treating customers well.

Purchase a used engine it had a blown head gasket, overheating badly, They sent me another promptly, that one has low compression on cylinder #2. I swapped camshafts, lifters and rockers on the affected head and was told this voided the warranty. So now I have 2 piles of junk and many hours of my time and many days my customer doesn't have her car. Stay clear.

We recently purchased a 2016 Ford Explorer that didn't have a 2nd row console. I was about to pay the ridiculous amount that Ford wanted for one. I thought I'd look up on your site to find one and in fact found one right away. I called and spoke to Dena. I paid $176 plus tax (such a great deal). It was at a location off site. It was delivered on Wednesday. We picked it up Thursday morning. Took it home, cleaned it up and installed it. Thank you so much for saving us hundreds of dollars. It's perfect!

I meant to leave this review months ago but I purchased a set of tow mirrors for a ram 2500 from these guys for five hundred dollars and one mirror is absolutely perfect no complaints. However the other mirror looks like it had been dropped out of a moving vehicle, it’s super sun faded and the pivot arm is loose so it just constantly moves when you are going down the road and the clearance light is super sun faded and just looks terrible when my other mirror looks like it just came out of the box. So much for buying a matching set. Do not buy from this business I would leave zero stars if I could.

The place, St. James Auto and Truck Parts, so far they have made my life a little easier, I have searched on the Internet for parts, eBay and a bunch more for parts and it's to high priced and you have to wait for delivery. I call, I drive 30 minutes, pick up my part, which is in better condition than I thought I would be getting. And, I got the Whole piece, which I only needed the top piece, Now all I have to do is drop it in and go. THUMBS UP . The place is ran like a Well Oiled Machine. I purchased front seats for my Lexus. TP provided legendary customer service and even gone above & beyond to send me pictures of the seats. Later on the same day, Rob called me to confirm my ordered. I drove 3 & 1/2 hours to pickup the seats, It was exactly as described on Facebook. Chelsea helped me load the items on my vehicle. Most business just care about taking your money and nothing more. This is the place I would definitely do more business with if I need any autos parts in the future.

Specially said the parts had no damage. I received them damaged. Was missing parts, they finally sent them. Raptor lower control arms both damaged on the bottom side. Over priced, was going to be charged restocking fee. Rear shocks had only “15k” received them blown out and needing rebuilt.

Online it says they have the part I needed but when I called they say they don't have it. Please update your website. They actually give you the option to buy your parts online. So what will they do if you pay your money for a part they really don't have? How long will it take to refund the money? A bit ridiculous. Get your stuff together guys. Word of mouth travels fast.

I am a repeat customer. Purchased a Cummins 6.7L engine to replace a bad engine in a RAM pickup. The purchased used engine had 25,000 miles on it and came from a pickup wrecked by damage to the right front corner. Upon installation, two damaged components on the engine were found. The AC compressor/Alternator bracket, and the oil pan. St James shipped me a replacement bracket and refunded money to pay for a new oil pan. My RAM pickup is back on the road and performing like new. Thanks St James Auto and Truck Parts.

If I could rate lower then a 1 star I would. Drove over 5 hours for a front clip for a 2017 Chevy G2500 Express van. Paid deposit and specifically asked when I put deposit down how they accepted payment. Business check or card. Got down there and wouldn’t take my business check. No big deal. Paid by card. Go to the back to pick up parts and looked like someone drove a fork lift through the front grille and damaged the hood. Both junk. Went back inside and was told those pictures were like they on Car Part and that I knew it was damaged. Why would I drive over 5 hours and pay thousands of dollars for a front clip that I then needed to spend over 1100 more to make it complete. Thank you very much St James Auto & Truck I have not done a ton of business with you guys but when I have it’s been a high dollar item. Wasted over 11 hours of my time and diesel for nothing. Horrible communication. The rebuttal will be my fault so I will take the blame and never buy another item from these people. “Sorry” were the words and I saw the photos. Sorry folks. Not the photos I saw. Now the photos are not up anymore. Yeah right.

I had a broken driver's door mirror on my F350, I called and spoke with Dena who was very professional and Courteous. The part I ordered was delivered the next day and after opening the box I saw it was slightly damaged. I called and spoke with Dena and she promptly found another mirror and took pictures of it so I could see it, she immediately got it shipped out and provided me a return label to ship the damaged one back. They charged me an outrageous amount for it when half the parts were broken and refused to reimburse me for my products and I'm out alot of time and money. How do you sell someone a part with a vin plate on it and refuse to give the title with it. Will never do business with this company again. The

As a Mechanical Engineer (BYU University -UTAH) I enjoy rebuilding engines and working on cars. I usually buy from eBay but decided to try ST James due to their immense inventory. I experienced several issues with this company at first, from the price, to shipping the wrong item, to late delivery and finally I ended up getting a missing parts item. HOWEVER, at the end ST. JAMES AUTO & TRUCK PARTS. Really took care of me and made sure as a client, I was satisfied with the experience, even though we started a little rocky. To summarize my troubles: Life happens as it usually does. But St James’ policy on taking care of their clients with honesty was a refreshing encounter. On mid December 2023 I purchased a third-row bench for a late model CHEVY TAHOE. Instead of buying through eBay, I called directly and agreed on the shipping and price, we went over pictures and compatibility (Ray) the person I talked to was helpful. My first thought was shipping is high, but considering inflation and the current price of gas, I was ok with $400 for shipping, in the past I have paid $250 for the same thing. The Bench was about $800, which is average for a late model item. I did not receive an Email confirmation but did call and I was provided with a tracking number. The delivery came fast: within 1 week. The packaging was terrible, and the item was ripped, and it ended up being the 2nd bench instead of the third one. After receiving the wrong item, I called and made them aware. I encounter Zero problems during that process. And I was told the right item would be sent. Due to Christmas break, New years Break, a massive snowstorm in the Midwest, Etc. I ended up getting the new pallet close to 6 weeks from the initial purchase date. After receiving the 3-row bench, the packaging was just as bad as the first time, not wrapped and the head wrests were missing. I called once again to let them know. Upon me stating my complain, ST James. Acknowledged the issue, the explained that due to the large volume of parts they handle daily, these combination of things sometimes happen, and that my experience is more of an exception rather than a repeat issue. I appreciate their communication and I’m happy to report that at the end they more than took care of the missing parts and the time delay I encountered. I’m looking forward to dealing with ST. James again in the near future.
