They won't post prices so they can surprise you with $1 a pound for clean romex heavy wire that is going for over $3 lb elsewhere. Prices should be posted and agreed before they take it and combine it to their pile. Got screwed good! Never going back!

Love the cashier! Unpaved way to steal pile, not a well kept yard at all. The male employees lack in "bed side manors", rude with no patience... Sigh wish the employees were more like the cashier,she should be the trainer, manager, and owner!!

Well new owners nice courteous lady at the window I don't feel in danger of my life in the yard itself and they are very good about explaining or newbies like myself

At first scrapping there was ok then I suspect the weight scale is off twice now I've weighted my copper at a different location and its been different from there scale. The front desk lady is nice but everyone else there sucks I was told apparently there's no supervisor on duty as well shame shame.

Waited 10 minutes while one of the employees goofed off before being able to offload. Everyone else in line was annoyed too. On top of it, they gave me rather shoddy price for copper compared to other places in Tampa area. Copper prices have not changed much in past few months so I have no clue why this place payed lower. Only upside was the free water.

Not the best place if you're looking for the best price for your scrap however if you're in a pinch they're great

My first experience at a scrap metal place. It exceeded my expectations. Although the staff were very busy, they still managed to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. Gather up your scrap metal and head on over. Gets you out of the house and puts some spending money in your pocket.
