Said they would pick up the car. We accomodated their schedule for hours. they called and said they would be 30 minutes longer. We went to get a drink at store nearby and they showed up and gave us attitude and said they couldn’t wait for us to get back in a few minutes.

Very professional and understanding!!! I was late meeting with the driver/owner, he waited for me to return back to the car. He actually didn't even rush me at all. I was able to finish conducting my business. I most definitely would be using them again as well as referring my family and friends to this company. A+++++++

Not a real business you will get screwed over but you can always call the BBB if I had any advice to anyone don't do it and he tried to make stuff up to just to try to get me to take less money so cool but he didn't even know what engine it had

So what I'm guessing that is happening in here is that they have several people doing customer service hence the "good reviews". The male customer service person that I called was EXTREMELY rude and just hung up on me when I asked if they took burned cars... had me take photos send it for no reason because a quick "sorry we don't accept cars in that condition" would have sufficed. Do people not have any decency anymore??! This business will suffer if they keep having the same person answer calls. Seriously look at your recent reviews.

Not very happy with this place. We had a water damaged trailer that we wanted to get rid of. Per the instructions from their website, we took photos, sent a photo of our registration for title check, and answered the questions they asked about our trailer. All they kept asking was when they could come get the trailer. When I asked how much we would receive for our trailer, they informed me that they could not pay anything but they would gladly come tow it away. Although I appreciated the offer to tow it away, that is not exactly the way it appeared on their website. They claim to make an offer for our salvage junk. It was very shady as all correspondence was done through text message and getting the name of someone I was dealing with was like pulling teeth. They just kept asking for our address so they could come pick it up. Not the way I do business.

They will tell you a price make you wait for 3 hours and then get there and change their price of purchase. Complete crooks. Even tried accusing me of stealing the car the were purchasing. Completely disrespectful to women. I do not understand how they have such a high rating. It was the reason I contacted them in the first place. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

I was amazed at how quickly the jeep was up on the tow truck and gone. I got a fair price considering the condition of the vehicle.. call other scrap yards and the prices wasn't as good as this company was.... also the driver was friendly and courteous I'm happy with the service...⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very easy very professional very patient very courteous and repeatable business after the fast and friendly guys picked up my SUV I remembered I forgot a few personal items in the consul of the SUV... When I called an actual person answered immediately I sent two photos of our Volvo answered a few questions about the condition of the car and got an immediate quote appointment for someone to come out and pick up the car Rudy arrived was very knowledgeable person and friendly he gave us money we gave him our clear title and the car worked out great quick painless and good experience made so by the people who own and work for the business I would definitely recommend this service

I called about a quote and I was told to send a photo of my car and when it was not sending I called back to see if it was recived.the guy on the phone was extreamly rude when I asked him to stay on the line so I can try to send it one more time he just hung up on me!
