My wife and I had a great experience from start to finish. Friendly staff and management that were engaged and interested in suiting our wants and needs. Another important aspect was that it seemed that they listened and made every effort to accommodate us. At the end, we decided to buy and Robert was a big part of that decision. Grateful for him and the rest of the team for making the truck buying experience less of a hassle or chore and more of a pleasant experience.

What can I saw. My salesman Blake was the best. Very attentive to my needs and not like other salesman just a sale. Great customer service and finance department. The entire staff was very pleasant while I was there shopping. The manager was very upfront as well..

I ended up not purchasing a vehicle, but Mr. Robert was our salesman and was VERY nice and polite. I thoroughly enjoyed working with him and if I do end up purchasing in the future I will request to work with him again. There was a decent selection of vehicles and they were going to give me what I wanted for my trade-in. We just decided it wasn’t right timing for us and ended up not purchasing.

Great experience. Purchased a 2022 Tahoe, did all the paperwork from home, in New Orleans. Drove to the dealership, and was in and out in under 30 minutes. They gave a good price on our trade-in too! I highly recommend Owen Gartman and his team at Star Chevrolet.

We bought a very nice used Dodge Van. Star said they fixed the tires .. WRONG. After bringing it back several times, my husband and I will have to buy new tires and/or take it to Dodge. Star, YOUR shop should have serviced the tires properly!!!!!!!

If anyone is looking for a reputable, honest company star Chevy is the place to go! Thier above and beyond attitude is amazing. My family has gotten 3 cars at different times and never has had a problem. Amazing staff and just really great prices.

Did not have the correct day on my paperwork. General manager refused to replace or reduce the price of the tires that are a safety Hazzard. He spoke to .me like he was buying the car for me. I would not recommend this dealership to any one. Hind sight I should have done business else where. I sould have gone else where. Thank Star Chevrolet for worst experience ever.
