Bought some tires and rims took them home and found out they were the wrong size. Took them back but would only refund money for the rims. Make sure you know the return policy so you don’t loose money like I did.

I’ve been to tear - apart in Ogden many times. Each time I swear it will be my last. Their policies change every time I go. When I get parts like a side view mirror, the staff at the checkout will try to brake out the glass so they can sell it separately. There cars are so disorganized. There are more car parts on the ground than in the cars. It is so difficult to push your wheelbarrow down the isles because the stuff in the way. It use to be so nice. But things change. I hope it can be cleaned up and organized. Please.

I'd been dreading getting a new driver seat for an old car I bought as a commuter. Quick, easy, and painless. Told them the vehicle type, they gave me a paper with the locations of matching cars. Walked out, found the cars, removed the seat, and paid less than a third of what used seats listed for online before shipping.

Nice place to get used parts. Easy to see from street with plenty of good parking. Friendly staff to help you. Unfortunately for me they did not have the part I was looking for.

The place is awesome, professional looking and great selection of vehicles. The people up front were helpful and friendly. Thank you for providing a great place to get those used parts needed to keep vehicles on the road.

Decent but prices need to come down, also categorize vehicles in rows aka Honda with Honda not mixed up, also should offer entire car fir sale, makes sense more revenue then crushing them for the steel especially cars from 1950s threw 1980s

I was quoted one price for a part, and after I had spent almost an hour removing the part, I was quoted a price 3x the original price.Screw these thieves. I am not the only person this has happened to, either.I have had the same instance repeated to me from 3 other mechs and a shade tree DIY guy.I will never suggest nor will I recommend this business to anyone.

If I could give no stars, I would. Rude service and expensive parts. $17 for a window switch? Cmon! You can buy 4 for that price anywhere else. Also dont like how the vehicles are all just thrown together and not organized by make like every other junkyard in existence. Its hard to find anything. Looks like a tornado hit the place.

Customer service was expletive. I traveled over 160 miles and had gotten prices the day before they failed to mention it cost a dollar just to get in and I specifically asked for the total price including the tax but when I arrive the price had been changed
