I went here for a side door mirror for a 2015 Nissan Altima it’s was reasonable and looked great quick and easy friendly people also reasonable pricing

Called and spoke to Terry on August 26th about some seats. Advised him it was a couple hours drive and I was going to have someone pickup for me and asked him to verify they were still available. He assured me they were available, in good condition, and promised to have them pulled before August 30th so they would be ready for pickup. Family member drove 3 hours for pickup this morning and of course no seats had been pulled as promised. Then they were told they couldnt find the car. Then told that the seats were taken already after locating the car.You wasted my time, my family's time, and our money. Horrible service.

Friendly people I call in advance but the time I get there the piece I request was ready and in no time I'm on may way home Very good 👍

Ive been doing business with this company for years and they do good at sorting thru and combing over the parts to insure good quality used parts. Ive dealt with alot of salvage yards over the years and i can say they are about the only salvage yard I've purchased from that ive never had a issue with part or performance. And staff is great always helpful in finding and getting the right part. They are my first choice always!

I called before going, I live 4 hours away. They told me they had the part. Got to seven miles away and called and told them that we we with in a few min of their closing time. They said okay, took our phone number and said they would call back. They called back and said they didn't have the part. But they did work with me on the price of some of the parts I did get because I was miss lead in the beginning. It got some parts for the car just not the main parts.

Great customer service, accidentally came into the office while the workers were off for the week for Christmas but the owners dad was there, he called his son, the owner drove to the office and got me what I needed with no attitude. Service: Part finding & extracting

So upsetting I drove about an hour to get to this place to get a quarter window for a honda accord,I told them I was on the way,when I get here they said they still dont have it and the person that cuts them is not even there,then the guy asks for my number to call me when they get it,they should've told me that instead of making me drive for an hour to get here now I gotta drive for another hour to get home for absolutely no reason going home empty handed

The SUV I bought last year is missing the antenna and part of the antenna base assembly. It was all there when I bought it, but the base broke at some point. My boss said he sees glue remnants on the part that is still attached to the roof, which indicates someone broke the base before I bought it, and it eventually fell off.Ever since I noticed it was broken a few months ago, I've been trying to find the antenna assembly at a decent price. I found it online for about $150 or more, but kept an eye on several salvage places in the area using their online databases. I finally found it recently at one in Greenbrier. That's a bit of a drive for me, and they are only open Monday through Friday from 8 AM until 5 PM, the same hours I am at work in Nashville.The guy I spoke to at TN Auto Salvage offered to see if one of their drivers would deliver it, and he found someone. I called them day before yesterday and today someone delivered it to me. They charged $45 for the antenna and base assembly, which they removed from the car for me, and another $10 for delivery.EXCELLENT service. I would highly recommend doing business with them if they have what you need.
