    So I called to ask for information about an old stove and refrigerator i had at home. I called and this lady who answer the phone tells me something I could not understand... She mentioned that I needed to take my appliances to another place to take out a piece they don't need and have it tagged. Again I could not understand what I needed to do to but she got rude and disrespectful. I told her about the misunderstanding and that she was not being polite to a customer just to answer "well you are not our customer yet" i asked her name she asked mine... I gave her my name she then said " I'm not giving you my name " just very unprofessional I told her I was going to leave a google review... She changed right after that... Too obvious. I don't recommend this place at all. A good customer service should start at the moment you pick up the phone... If you are going to be disrespectful to "potential clients" I should call myself like that, then you should not be working there.

    Obnoxious employees. The scale was blocked when my metal was weighed. I suspect that I was short changed. I won’t be going back.
