I began the Junkyard several months ago and was very happy with the coaches and I thought it was great that they gave you your first visit for free to try them out before buying anything. I decided to buy an 8 pack of visits after visiting a few times. The person I spoke with on the phone said I was buying 8 visits and that since the month was already a week or so in, the amount would be prorated. I thought I was making a one time purchase of 8 visits, not a reoccurring charge every month for 8 visits! There was no mention of reoccurring charges over the phone. I personally work for a company that does reoccurring charges so I know how it all works. I was definitely misled in my purchase. The card it was charged to was an emergency card and I didn’t know it was continuing to be billed until I received a call saying my payment wouldn’t go through! I am very displeased with the way it was handled when I called. Even after I explained the situation and explained I haven’t been in months, they still said no refund was possible. This definitely needs to be made right and the people who sell the memberships/packages over the phone need to be straightforward about the reoccurring charges!

Best gym ever! Great workout, facilities, locations, coaches & staff! They take the time to know each person’s name & make it a priority to build community while providing a great place to workout. Each workout is unique and I’m glad every single time I go! Highly recommend!

This place is sooo what I needed in my life! I hate thinking about what workouts I have to do for what muscle I want to work on. When I walk in this place, All I have to do is show up and show out! The energy is emmaculate, and the coaches show up everyday to bust our chops! No slack! I love it, love it, love it!

I started going to the Junkyard 1/1/21. It has changed my life. You will not find a better staff and coaches anywhere. The workouts push me like I never have been before. The music is always great. THE BEST GYM HANDS DOWN! They will push you, hold you accountable, and encourage you to always try your hardest. The coaches are AMAZING! The workouts are fun and challenging. I was never a fan of group workouts but since joining the junkyard i can’t imagine anything else. ❤️

WOW!! what a different experience and I mean that in the most positive way. I live in Arlington, VA where you have every type of gym but the Junkyard is the best place I have ever been for a group workout. Everyone is incredibly welcoming and beyond helpful. I started at the Junkyard 2 years ago & haven't looked back. I love this place & the people! It is like no other gym out there. The coaches are awesome & they push you because they know you can do it! They don't give up on you. This is the only exercising that I have ever stuck with this long & it is because everyday is different & you don't get bored with it. It challenges you & I love a good challenge!
