I purchased an interior from a 2004 Harley Davidson truck and was told several times it was for the whole interior minus a couple parts. Given my location is a couple states away paid $500 to ship it. The parts shipped was about 2/3 the parts I paid for! They shipped me the seats, door panels and a couple small trim pieces. My order was for the seats, door panels, dashboard, seat belts and plastic trim panels. In the 3 months after the purchase tried to get the missing parts shipped to me and in that time period the 2 sales reps I made the order with either quit or got fired and the third person who seemed really nice quit. One of guys I first dealt with basically said I'll have to file a lawsuit!!! If you are planning to have anything shipped BE WARNED!!! To date they have not credited me any money or sent me any of the missing parts I PAID FOR.

Worst service ever. Do not trust these people or go there. I have been waiting over a month for a part I already bought. My car was supposed to take two days. It's been 2 wks and 4000.00 dollars worth of lost wages. I am told a new lie each day about when I will have my part. This place is incompetent and shady. I will never ever do business here again . I recommend anywhere else.

Had scheduled to pick a car up to scrap a day in advance and when the time came they were supposed to pick it up around 2, but they weren't there so we sat for 2 hours trying to call them and after the 2 hours of trying they finally answered to tell us they'd send someone when they could. Seemed pretty unprofessional of them considering we made an appointment the day before. The tow yard the car is at closes soon so they might not even make it here in time to get the car. Not impressed at all by the customer service here 😕

Good parts but sold me a rear-end on Friday which I was told it was on the shelf then told it would be delivered needless to say sat at 4:50pm I got my part. Part had the wrong drums on it and wouldn't work. Went to exchange them and was told we couldn't. I'm not sure what happened to the old tiger but this isn't how it used to be. I doubt I'll be returning for anymore.

Due to a recent car accident, I was able to find many miscellaneous part's to get my son's car back together. From radiators, trans transcoolers, many clips and bolts. Even a lower control arm. all Parts were relatively new or in excellent condition. The lovely ladies at the counter were a pleasure to do business with. thank you tiger auto!!

Worst company I've ever done business with. spent $2,600 on a motor they can't prove to me how many miles are on it because their computer doesn't say told me the motor was in stock went to pick it up it wasn't there. They told me they'd meet me after hours to give me the motor because they messed up. Still couldn't give me it and made me come in the next day worse by far company I've ever done business with rude front staff zero quality. I hate to be the guy only spinning $100 or $2 there imagine the service you get then.

Pretty decent yard good part's the staff are friendly decent price's and if they don't have your part they will link up on their computer to all the other yards in US / Canada and help with finding shipping etc ..check these guy's/ gal's out!

I’m am so fed up with this place I ordered a part for my car that they said they had and when I got up there, there was no part and not only did they not have my part but gave me the wrong parts for my other parts and then they rented the front of there building out to this guy name rust and he scammed me out my money, left me with a broken down car and I have 2 kids and ones a baby and when I call up there he has disappeared and took parts off my car and tigers has the worst customer service I called up there about it and kept getting a run around and waited a whole week for some guy name tony to give me a call back and nobody never called me back. I’m highly don’t recommend this place.

My husband and I needed two junk cars to be towed. We had everything we needed for tiger auto including titles of said cars. I called once and the receptionist said her guy wasn’t in today so it would had to be another day. Took my information and hung up. I waited for a few days then called again after I heard nothing. I got tiger the second time and was very rude in the phone, didn’t say hello or ask what I needed and when he told me he couldn’t do anything for me that day I said I was flexible and said for me to call tomorrow morning, I said thank you, and he just hung up. The next morning my husband calls and again rude service, slow response time and again not helpful. Overall a terrible experience and ended up not being able to use them at all.

I Ordered a part over the phone they told me it'll be ready next day. I called the next day...And they said it's still not available until the next day so I called again and now they're telling me it'll be three more days and I told them I would just like my money back they said they can't do that they will only give me in-store credit they charge me for a part that they did not even have and won't even give me my money back so I can buy it elsewhere.
