They are all professional, knowledgeable, & honest! Customer service is great. They are timely and always keep you updated. Pricing is fair and and they find every discount or coupon that can be used to help keep costs down. They always send reminders to keep your vehicle maintained & dependable! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

First of all, I don't know how that place got 4.6 out 5 TBH! I walked in at 425pm to get inspection and they reject my car for inspection because little tear in my wiper blade. OK I bought a new blade and I call them to check if it is OK to walk in to get my pass inspection the lady answered my call said they stop to take any more customers at 4pm; huh? What?

Service center is great as long as you don’t fall for the $99 air and cabin filter charge. No one should charge that much for those items to be installed. Sales is a different story. I have found them to be rude and tell me and my wife there is no way we can get cars for the price we were looking. We both found brand new cars at another Toyota dealership for over a hundred less a month.

Stopped in the service department yesterday and was treated very well. Asked them to check a couple of things to make sure everything was working properly. Excellent team! S Moss

Worst car buying experience bought car 10 grand cash mike lied when i asked if my sunroof was custom before i paid he said no then right after i paid for car noticed headliner was falling he said we wont fix it because its aftermarket.like i dont know what that means Left there car had loud metal on metal sound coming from tire shifting issues and my steering wheel kept locking up had a 1200 mile warranty brought it there 2times left with nothing fixed but shifter when i called to complain about the money i had to spend on a rental and the fact my warranty is over and the issues arent fixed lady in service said we wont keep fixing a used car i said it never was fixed.this is a safety issue they wait until your warranty is up and fix nothing my tires were bald i said can u at least put 2 new tires on it those are not good before i left lot with car they said no wouldn't knock any cash off . There were other issues not enough room to type now i gotta pay to fix all this right after Christmas im a single mom they know cars are hard to find theyre taking advantage of people

Very unprofessional! My boyfriend and I came into Toyota of Dartmouth to fix a tire! When we called earlier they told us it would be a $58 fee to get it diagnosed. When we arrived they then told us that it was $138 to get it diagnosed. We then continued on by saying that we were not told that on the phone. The guy in the front who apparently is a manager then laughed at us and told us “good” very UNPROFESSIONAL. WILL NOT BE COMING BACK TO THIS PLACE. FALMOUTH TOYOTA IS BETTER.

Oh wow where do I start, had a amazing experience. I've been looking for this exact car the 2020 Camry TRD in Black. They been hard to find and the dealers I contacted give me a run around and add all these fees in the invoice besides they didn't give as good of a price. I saw it on their website and called Toyota of Dartmouth spoke to Paula Macedo within two minutes with no back and forth or negotiating she gave their best price which was a great price which made me want to purchase it, From then on I dealt Chris Burke though the final sale which was simple and straightforward no added fees or anything. Chris was amazing and kind and very understanding such a pleasant person. He answered all my questions an text prompt. I came from NJ to get the car about a 4.5 hour trip each way I would go back there again then go to local dealer just for their honesty, straightforwardness, and pleasant staff. Thank you so much guys! Paula and Chris! FYI I love the car. I have had a Nissan Altima, Ford Fusion, and Honda Civic Sport in the past this Toyota Camry takes the Cake by far it's Amazing.

Bait and switch. Advertises vechiles that aren't actually available. Then will continue to harass you about "pre owned" vehicles (won't use the correct term of used) even after you've told them your're not interested. Keep calling me every 1-2 days for the last month. Not to bright and apperently slow to take the hint.

I had an AMAZING experience here!! I dropped my car off on Monday and it was ready by Tuesday. The staff kept me informed through the entire process! Keith, Joe, and Jill were such a pleasure to deal with. Great Staff all around!! I won’t service my car anywhere else.
