    Had service dept lie to me and say parts for a recall from Toyota (to save my life) was not in.They had to order. I was checked in, given a #. Car pulled back. Said it would be out in an hour an a half. Courtesy van left. Dropped 1 person off...gone 1 hr. I said I will get a ride from van since my ride had not come. Anyway, told me they would call me when part comes in. Gave me my car back. I decided to call back and ask where part coming from...service Mgr said Torrance and he didnt know when. I called parts dept...guy in parts said they had plenty. Want me to transfer you to service so u can make an appt? I say yes! So he didn't ask my name. Cause he knew it was me. Said Jan 5, 2022 to get fixed. I asked why? He said they only had 1 guy. But you guys said it's an hour 🙄 and a half job. I was there first that day. So...going to Toyota in Lancaster. Got appt right after Christmas.I understand it's Xmas, but to pick n choose whose car you gonna work on is not right. Was it my race? Makes you wonder. Or because I wasn't paying? Service Mgr even said ppl coming to get oil changes at the last minute. Talking right in front of customers. No professionalism whatsoever...said courtesy van driver. I think is a mechanic, takes van and does what he wants. He is said to go do personal business...boss knows...ask him why he does it. He says "those ppl don't know me and zI font know them". So because he was gone so long, they gave me my car back and erased me off the schedule and if I hadn't called back, I would have been just waiting.

    Very quick service .. nice staff .. I normally go for oil change there .. I have a Honda Civic .. I used synthetic lube oil .. paying $64.20 .. their service includes oil change,,oil n filter checking,,multipoint vehicle inspection. Resetting maintenance or change oil light. Adjusting tire pressure. While vehicle is in service they offer their own cab service to drop you off and pick you up. If you want wait n seat there they have a waiting section also with magazines.

    Went in for an oil change and a recall. After 3 hours they came up to me and asked me if I wanted to change the cabin air filter to the tune of $482. They claim rats got into the filter and made a nest. I asked him if they cleaned it out and they said no. I also ask them if there is leaves in the air filter would they leave them and as well. She seemed dumbfounded. Avoid this dealer if possible.

    Purchased a used Ford, engine light came on a week later. I take it into their service department and they basically tell me they got the code but couldn't figure it out and that they just cleared the code so the engine light went out but if it comes back on take it to Ford. Oh and they charged me the $139 diagnosis fee. Never ever going to them again. Very poor customer service by all also.

    You express an interest in one car. They can't tell you when it will be at the dealer. The website is wrong. The salesmen is not interested. Out of town is looking better

    They were able to fit me in for an oil change and that went ok. Charging me $82 for a engine air filter and an in-cab air filter isn’t. Little steep IMO, but oh 🐳… I’ll just do it myself next time. And the unemployed sales staff sitting out on the break table in front of the building kinda gives off a bad impression… take ur breaks elsewhere amigos 🤠

    Shuttle was suppose to pick me up after my oil change but they never showed up. They also didn't call me to let me know they wouldn't be picking me up. When I called about then not arriving they told me the driver was busy and he would send him as soon as he was free. 3 hrs later my husband came home from work and drove me in to pick up our Toyota. There were several people sitting around the office when I picked up my vehicle. They also tryed to charge me $50 over the price quoted on the website when I made the reservation. Luckily they did adjust the price to what I was quoted but this entire experience has me very upset.

    18 miles outside of Ridgecrest our 2014 Ford Focus ST started blowing steam and losing power. While waiting for the car to cool down we called a few shops in town but none would be able to see us that day.After refilling the radiator with water with help from a friendly passerby we limped into town around 4:30pm.On a recommendation from our motel, we rolled over to Ridgecrest Toyota.Bobby (service manager) and Richard (technician) took the car in and diagnosed the issue as a blown water pump.Left the car overnight and they repaired it the next morning. Picked up the car just after 12:00pm and hit the road to Death Valley.Can't thank them enough!They saved the day and our vacation.Thanks again guys!Dave.
