I have been coming here for years never had a problem they are amazing and fair.

Everyone there is helpful...there are other recycle places closer to me, I will bypass them to go here.

Excellent service the gentleman on the dock was very helpful. He looked over everything and put things I thought was just metal and was cooper in the copper pile. I will definitely return and I highly recommend them. Payment was quick and easy.

How about updating your hours? It's 11am and there's a line of cars here.

Called them to ask if they were open. Said yes went over, they stated they are closed as i pulled up to the scale due to rain. Should have never told me they will stay open during rain as that was my understanding. Should have said we are closing due to rain instead of "yes we are open". Lady on the phone seem to be on a power trip with attitude. Taking business elsewhere due to unprofessionalism.

I had went to TMR to recycle A fridge and a stove some copper and aluminum in which I had earned $34 for what I had dropped off and recycled is soon as I scan my barcode and receive the money I put it straight in my wallet when I got home I realized $20 of the $34 was missing as I only had $14 in my wallet I called TMR and spoke with the first person who took my car and inquired about if it is possible that may be the machine that dispenses the money ran out of $20 bills or some kind of conclusion as to why the $20 is missing from myWallet she immediately told me that somebody had turned it in and I can come pick it up I was ecstatic when I showed back up at TMR I explained who I was and she handed me the 20 that had been turned in she told me that a coworker named Linda was the one that turned it in and I went outside and thanked her personally anyone else would’ve just taken the money it’s great to know they have honest workers like Linda working there and I like their cleanliness less of a chance to get nails in your tire like the unsanitary dirty LPGA scrap yards amongst others that don’t take Pride in keeping the roads clear of debris and nails screws etc. that’s why I read it five stars because of great customer service and prompt in and out accessibility!

Business hours state they do not close til 11:30 am on Saturday. I arrive at 11:01 and another customer and I were refused service because the business decides they want to leave early, change your hours or stick to what you tell the public.
