Me and my boyfriend are regulars out here. The last time we were in an employee by the name of Scott Cole told me he had a car at home I was looking for. That evening he sent me a message Asking me "was that your boyfriend with you today" I said yes I was like that strange question to ask someone you are trying to sell a car to. He proceeds to tell me that him and his girlfriend who also works here are "Open minded" At this point, I'm just in shock. I'm wondering in my mind how many woman has he used that on to get to message them.Men think they can just do and say what they want to women.This is not only inappropriate but unethical. I Proceeded to ignore him for days hoping he would go away as you can see he dont. This has made me feel so uncomfortable I havent been back but if I do it will be with somebody cause,I feel uncomfortable at the thought of just going there much less there alone. This incident has left me feeling down and depressed. Haressment is very serious thing and can really drag you down. I hope something is done soon no one else deserves to be treated like this. I didn't deserve the stress and depression I've had to deal with from it.

Wonderful experience even though the part I was buying ended up being bad! I went there with intentions on changing the part out there. 5 mins after I started changing the part an employee there immediately asked me if I needed assistance. That's unheard of these days! Thanks Ed for the offer if assistance even though I had things under control. Also the lady at the front desk was very friendly and super helpful when the part I bought ended up being bad. No hassles on the refund at all. Superb business doing business the right way. Try them out, you won't be disappointed!!! A+++

Bought a power steering pump, was told it would work but it didn't. That wasn't the problem since I could return it. The problem was I went to take it back. The older gentleman was on the phone with a customer when I went in after he got off the phone he then took two more calls after I had already been standing there. He then tried to help me but said he could not refund my money back on my card because there system does not allow it, I knew that was a lie because they have done it before just 3 weeks ago for another part I had brought that didn't work. So then he said he would write a check and I told him I would prefer cash if he couldn't do a refund on card. He then said well I don't even have cash to pay you back...and told me to wait for awhile because one of his employees was on lunch and he knew more about the situation. What a joke of a business. What business doesn't have cash for refund? The part was only $80??? Also I hate being lied too. If you for whatever reason have to bring whatever you bought back.... DONT GO HERE.

Drove 2 hours for a rim they assured me they had. When I got there it was a totally different rim than what was pictured. I didn’t even get a I’m sorry from anyone. The lady at the front desk was very rude and unprofessional.

Felt like they didn't want to do business. Saw what I wanted on a car right in front of the office, just inside the fence. First the older gentleman completely ignored me while his younger partner was on the phone. Then when he was finished with his call he waited on me only to have to ask the older man if it was OK if he sold me a set of 4 wheel rims off the vehicle in question. The older man said yes, but they would cost $500.00. ( I could buy a set of 4 new rims for less than $400.00 ). So I then asked if I could purchase a driver's side sun visor from that car, ( one of 2 identical cars almost side by side, both of which had the visor I needed ), but I was told no, the older gentleman was going to want to "fix up" this car and didn't want to part with either sun visor. Are you in the business of selling used parts or hanging on to all of them to fix up something for yourself. Good luck staying in business. I definitely won't waste my time going back. Very bad experience. Would give 0 stars if I could. 👎☹️

Called because I was referred to there about a car window was rudely interrupted in the middle of explaining everything and what I needed then he wanted to set there and argue like a child throughout the remainder of the call when he asked me to hold for him to answer the other phone I politely said ok then when he came back to our call he apologized and when I said your fine he said I know I am when I asked him what he meant by that he wanted to start arguing and I told him I didn't call to argue he finally shut up....very disrespectful and rude can't b good for buisness.

The owner told me "if you were a man, you would be leaving on a stretcher" called the cops all because I questioned his shipping costs when returning a part. He charged me to ship to the business (when I was returning the part it was already at the shop, taken home and returned per his employee conversation on phone with my man) and to send it back! Very chovenistic towards women. Basically a rude person from the get go. I was first in line and the only person in line. He waited on all the men that came in after me! Very rude will never be back!

These people are frauds!! They sold me a rusted headlight for $40 (I ordered brand new for $16.99 at advanced) that doesn't even work when I brought it back for refund the owner Gerald threw it outside in a childish fit & broke the facing in pieces with ZERO refund! Every experience my family has had here has been the sloppiest mess...the owner is worse than the lady neither know anything about customer service..an altogether embarrassment to all the good Junkyard guys around here..absolutely pathetic! DONT EVEN WASTE UR TIME! Plenty of good junkyard out here!

Best place to buy parts with a guarantee that it’ll work. Took my vehicle to allied transmission, worst mistake, and they messed up my vehicle. The owner is working to help me get it fixed and is really good with his customers. He’s willing to do just about anything to keep his customers happy.

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. these people are crooks. they act like children. they will sell you junk and then act like its your fault when you bring it back. they are very disrespectful and rude. i bought a head light here for 38.00 that didnt work at all. i went to advanced auto and purchased the same headlight brand new for 16.00. when i went to bring them there garbage back they didnt want to give me my money back even though i gave them the receipt for their junk and showed them the receipt from advanced. i guess they are that hard up for cash that letting go 38.00 which is rightfully mine might set them back. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.

As far as salvage yards go, this is one of the best around. People need to keep in mind you are buying used parts. They are super nice people and their prices are fair, as is their warranty and return policies.

Well I bought a door they said it was perfect condition but when I put the door on I was able to see it was bent..they also told me 250 dollar's but when I got there it was 327.75 that's pretty low and a crappy way to run a business.
