    Took off work, rented a truck ($235) and drove 6 hours round trip for a door that never would’ve fit my vehicle. Please do yourself a favor and request the vin number of the part you’re purchasing before taking their word and spending money to get it. Not even an apology from the person who messed up my day and had me spending unnecessary money.

    Let me just say Erik was so great to work with. He was very attentive and made sure he got what i needed in a timely manner. He listened and took into account what my budget was to get me the parts that I asked for. I purchased a motor, radiator, and radiator support and my car is running so good. I have already traveled to Georgia and back to Mississippi with no problems. This will be my go to place for all of my auto parts from now on! Talk to Erik because he is so humble and kind with great customer service!

    Nice people great service, young lady at front desk is super nice, and tracey in sales was great helo also. Only place that had my transmission in under 300 miles away called them up gave deposit came next day waited maybe 30 mins to do paperwork and waiting on part to get loaded and was on my way.

    These people live in the 1950's. I have bought numerous large items way over $10K with a credit card over the phone. These people want you to drive all the way to Walls MS pay for the part in person if its over $100 then come back 24 hours later! "they say you can just take the part and then say that its was not you " Anybody can call there bank and try and commit fraud and say they did not make the charge. If everyone thought like Tri-state nobody would ever take a credit card!

    Didn't get to do business with you guys today, but when I arrived I was quickly greated and help. From my experience dealing with salvage yards it's not always pleasurable. I didn't get the name of the guy when you first walk in to the right but he was very helpful and was willing to locate the part I needed even though they didn't have it. Great customer service for my first time visiting. Keep up the great work and awesome attitude!!!!

    I had an engine go out in my car and Tri-State had an engine for a good price. I bought the engine. It had a 6 month warranty. The engine went out in less than a month (head gasket). I called Tri-State. The representative said they needed a picture of the heating tab on the engine to determine if my warranty was valid. I sent them a picture and the representative said he could see the tab and everything was good. Then the sales manager got involved and he just so happened to be the owner and he was stating the picture was blurry. We sent him more pictures and he was still saying they were blurry. Me and over 10 other people didn't have trouble seeing the tab on the picture but, the owner was the only one. He was incredibly unprofessional and continued to state it was ignorant on my part to not be organized about the situation. He raised his voice for no reason. I kept calm and told him I didn't feel comfortable with the way he was acting and he continued to have an attitude with me for no reason. I didn't have that engine for even a month and it went out while I was driving down the highway. Do yourself a favor and find a better business to work with because if my part went out, there's no telling how bad their other parts are.

    Spoke with a guy name Tracy in sale who found me an engine for my 300 once I paid him nor the company never notified me it was there plus he lied about when it was gone be ship over all they wasn't concerned about getting my engine to the shop that was expecting.... I'll never used them again nor recommend poor customer service...

    I needed windows for my 1998 Chevy Blazer and they hooked me up real quick on them and the window are like new.i would go there again for anymore windows when I need them. The only thing was when I got there they said cash only if they would say that on there website or on the phone then I wouldn't mind it

    Called in advanced for a specific rim and they put it on hold for us. Easy pick up and they took the part to my car for me. Polite, good service. Only down side is they are cash only.
