    Not willing to help. They say that they don't serve the public and you have to have an account with them but their website says different. That's terrible, I wouldn't shop with them even if they said I could. Don't make your website appear that you sell to the public when you don't.

    Exceptional staff and service. These guys have all your automotive parts needs covered. They are experts at getting you the right parts in a timely manner to meet the needs of your customers!!! If there was a 10 star rating they have achieved it!!! They are authorized distributors for Metra Electronics, Heise Led Lighting, Axxess Interfaces, Tspec, Raptor, Ibeam vehicle safety systems, Daytona lights and more!!! Great job guy's can't wait to grow together with your outstanding company!!!

    We have been working with Tri State for several years. This is one of the most enjoyable companies I have ever worked with. The guys in the call center are all very knowledgeable with the products they sell and work very hard to answer any questions I would have. They make you feel like you are a friend rather than just a customer. The front office and management are the same way. Very helpful and friendly. The are the complete package.

    I will never buy anything from Pars Geek ever again. They sent the wrong part and it would cost way to much to send it back.

    Horrible place to apply for. If you are truthful with them they will use it against you as a reason to not hire you or say cause you will be a high risk to the company. Poor company in my opinion

    I was fired from this place because I had a family emergency my grandmother was in the hospital and I called in two days in a row which they consider one occurrence. I would not recommend working here to anyone.
