My initial phone contact was with a professional women who was able to quote a price verbally, followed by an email confirmation and then schedule pickup all within a few minutes.Two young men arrived on time to remove a large refrigerator from a ground floor utility area. It turned out to be more work than originally thought as the unit wouldn’t fix through the basement door requiring the removal of the refrigerator door. They carried the refrigerator without using a dolly so there was virtually zero mess. The men were polite, didn’t complain about the addition work or ask for additional money.
