    I called them to get a price. They did not have what I was looking for. However, the lady on the phone gave me prices and phone numbers to surrounding auto places to get what I was looking for. She was so helpful and so nice. I will definitely always do business here first.

    I have been a client of Woodbury Auto Salvage for a while and have no plans to stop. They have wonderful staff that makes you feel welcomed and have AMAZING deals I know I won’t find elsewhere. The car I recently got from them is better than what I was initially looking for. They are willing to order and place/fix anything the car needs same day if they can. They have fast service.

    this company is bogus we asked them to check a radiator we ordered to make sure it had the sensor built in to it before we ordered it and they insured us it did, when we received it it did not and they refuse to replace it and hung up on us. Would never do business with them again and would not recommend anyone doing business with a company that operates like this. Below you will find the radiator out of my car on the right and the one they sent me on the left buy from them at your own risk.

    Drove two hours for a part I needed and they had it all wrapped up for me ready to go, helped me carry to my car. Fast and easy, got out within a couple minutes. Good place

    Super nice people and I just needed a couple random trim plastic pieces, they drove me around and I took off what I needed and the prices were 100% better than anywhere else I could've gotten them, and they had 3 of the cars that I have looked all over Tennessee trying to find. I will definitely be back

    I have ordered a lot of parts from this place over the years and have never had a problem. Sure sometimes parts don’t fit or have damage but I never had a problem returning for full refund and no questions asked. They have always been very respectful and appreciative for my business. Give them a shot but remember you are ordering used parts.

    I stopped in to check this business out. Super friendly and nice. I wish they stocked parts older than 2000 so with that limitation, compared to other salvage yards, i give it 4 starts as a parts source. But if u have anything 2000 or newer i would recommend this place. They also had multiple staff members answering calls so from that observation i would imagine calling in for parts is fairly good too. Ive had issues with other yards in the past with calling, so thats a huge pluss here. They also recommended another yard to me as well. I really appreciate the info and advice. Thanks again guys. Customer service gets 5 starts. Cleanliness was also a big note. This place was really clean so 5 stars on that as well.

    10/23/2020 I purchased 2013 Audi A8 seats. Let me level set here, I had to drive 3 hours and 40 minutes EACH way to get these seats, so after reading all of these reviews I almost went with another yard. Instead, I decided to call and talk to someone to see if customer service was as bad as the reviews stated. I spoke with K.D. who stated he was the owner, but in truth I think his father is the owner, regardless he was not rude. I told him my plans to "restomod" my old rare 1991 audi 200 wagon and I wanted to give these seats a shot. I told him what I needed (electrical cut back off the car harness with 6 inches of lead and both plug in clips, seatbelts, all seats and brackets and the seat controllers in the dash) We agreed to a price and I told him I would follow up with an email that he would reply to confirming our agreement. I wrote the email, he confirmed and a few days later I took the long drive up. They have 3 yard parts puller guys, the one that came to help me simply did not know where to start, he called in a young man who was supposed to be pulling engines but was a seat guru, and this kid was great. He jumped in and started getting the job done. The original guy although enthusiastic, did not mirror what was being explained on another seat, so I jumped in and did what I could. Caveat, I broke both my arms 4 months ago and have 3 plates in my left arm, so very weak to say the least. As the seats were being pulled one of the guys accidentally scrapped the leather backing off the passenger seat, it was not good. Complete accident, I saw it and he was just as bummed as I was, no one to blame. K.D. knocked the price down reasonably, not to say we had a short conversation, there was indeed a lot of back and forth, but eventually we agreed to a new price. We packed them up and I took another 4 hour drive back home. I WILL do business again with them if they have what I need, I suggest that anyone buying big dollar parts (that is a relevant statement to my income and yours) just clarify over and over again. Communication is key. There are no warranty's on parts and pretty much no return policy that I am aware of but that does not surprise me, seems a standard operating procedure for most yards. I would say give these guys a shot, they are trying to change their business model and are seemingly focusing on better customer service than most of the reviews I have read.

    Great prices on parts. But somehow they dont have the ability to accept payment by credit/debit card. The only phone call i get more than extended car warranties are by Credit Card Processing companies. Its 2022 !

    Order and paid for part on Friday for second day delivery for Monday. Part was never shipped out until Monday for Wednesday delivery. I called Monday for tracking number they hadn’t even sent it out yet... when I asked why they said UPS didn’t pick up I asked why they didn’t send USPS guy said they are 30 miles from post office or UPS drop off... I looked up their address they are 5 minutes from post office... Very bad follow through, untruthful and totally disregard the right way to treat customers. I will never purchase anything from this company again... suggest others do the same.

Order the part. 17days ago call about 10 time we still waiting for the part??? .every call I make they claim part will sending tomorrow , the never provide any tracking number .this places is a Joke definitely I recommend Reed all the reviews before make business with this guy's the only persons write 5 stars the are relatid or associated with the business do no recommended this BUSINESS

    If you want your money to just wash away and never see a return when ordering something, this is the best place for it. Paid $650 for a pair of headlights, after of which i never got the tracking number. When i called the business to get answers, first excuse was they didn't have my information in the system and had to wait for the sales guy i dealt with to come back, then another day i called back, he was on lunch and never got a call back and todays excuse was that their sales guy is at the hospital and their shipping guy is out and they will not know when they would be back. Its a damn shame when you have to get the run around for your hard earn cash. Its very simple, I pay and expect the prodcut, No need to get hassled around. I have made a complaint thru the BBB and i hope anyone that reads this would hesistate and make U-turn before purchasing from this fractured and unprofessional establishment. Thanks but no thanks.

    Avoid this place! The worst parts store and worst customer service I have ever seen!! I ordered some parts for my vehicle from them and I paid with my card by e-mailing them the credit card authorization form. My card was charged the next day, but I didn't received my parts for more than a week. I called them and a guy named Jeremy said that there was no correct address to send to and they didn't have my phone number to call to handle this issue. I checked the form and it clearly listed the shipping address and 2 phone numbers on credit card authorization form. I spelled him the address again and asked to give me tracking number. After I finally received the package, the parts that I ordered were previously damaged and even repaired. When I originally bought these parts, they claimed that these parts had no damage. When I called them and talked to another guy named Al and he advised me to send him the pictures, so I did. After a while I called them again to discuss they said that I got what I paid for and the person was very rude. Even when I asked the person's name, he told me that he doesn't have to tell me. When I asked for the manager and he hung up on me. It is unbelievable how they treat their paying customers.

    After several calls to verify they had the part I needed. I was told they had it so I drove almost 300 miles round trip to get it. When I got there they said they show it but can't find it. They then said they put my quote in for the wrong side. I always say drivers or passenger side not left or right. Very aggravating and waste of a day and gas.

    The owner Khatab tried to sell me a orange 350z convertible, you can see it in the pictures of the salvage yard. He told me it had zero problems other than the top didn’t work. I drive almost an hour to test drive it and I immediately noticed it was a salvage yard I was buying from. Huge red flag. But I still have him a chance, very pleasant man to talk to, and he showed me the car and offered to take it for a spin. I noticed it took 4 seconds for it to crank and fire up. But it ran rather smoothly. I got a picture of the VIN number and looked it up, showing it had been in Texas and flood damaged at the end of 2017, I didn’t know this was when the hurricane came through and he told me “people will usually pour water on their engine and claim it’s been flooded, Texas was kind of known for that.” Although he was really nice, he was trying to scam me into buying a big gambler of a car.

    This is the best deal I had ever had!! I had a car that didn’t work and the dealership told me it cost you 5k for the engine and bought it for $570 it works like brand new! thanks for you all the great service and friendly customer services.

    I do not recommend this company to anyone.Purchased tailgate was told it was perfect.It wasn't, two big deep scratches.Owner said nothing he could do about it.said it wasn't shipped like that. I wonder how he could tell how it was shipped, because it was shipped from another state.

    Paid for and ordered a transmission from this business on 8-9 2017. Received transmission almost two weeks later. Installed transmission and test drove for 15 miles. Customer was travelling so he didn't pick up car till 9-14-2017. Had problem with transmission after driving 30 miles. We test drove the car on 9-15-2017 and duplicated the problem. Called business and they would not send another unit or return my payment. I do not have that option I have to fix customers car.

    Terrible customer service. Called ahead and was told the part I needed was there MULTIPLE times, but I get there and it magically was never there. Their yard is the worst out of all the junkyards I've been to and the only good reviews they have were done by family members and others who work there. 0 Stars. Don't waste your time.
