A five star experience from an out of stater! I hope this comment goes straight to corporate, and helps both the abq store manager and the Colorado Springs store manager. I had way too much difficulty getting ahold of John in Colorado thanks to Quentin, (Quentin) was way overboard difficult in getting in touch with John for a quote over the phone. I tried calling that location multiple times with no luck. I had reached out to Matt, who is the store manager here in abq, Matt took real good care of me and gave my information to the store manager at Colorado Springs. John had contacted me about a vehicle I wanted from the lot, sent me multiple detailed pics, picked it out of the yard, saved if for me, and I had picked it up. John was beyond professional, had helped me place the hood on the parts car, had his employee pick the front end up on vehicle to place tires on it, and set it up on my trailer. A good shoutout to the forklift worker as well. A beyond and above to sell me the parts vehicle and help me load it on my trailer. I’ve been a upap customer for at least 15 years here in abq, being a new customer ish to Colorado Springs, would highly recommend them as well. Thankyou John and your fork lift worker!

READ BEFORE PURCHASING CARS HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!! I came here to say goodbye to my baby after 6 years of ownership. I came here to JUNK my car, not have it resold!!! These shady people are trying to sell my 2009 WHITE NISSAN MAXIMA with SEVERE MOLD and TRANSMISSION ISSUES for $3,200!!!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY THIS VEHICLE AS IT IS UNSAFE!!!! They claimed it “passed their inspection”, and I am upset because I didn’t even know you could resell a car I junked for $550. I didn’t sell it for a reason you guys!!!!!!!!! Update: I had already spoken to a manager before they replied with this dumb response. He basically said “oh well”. So please be careful purchasing cars here.

I really want to LOVE this place. The employees seem nice and educated. Online seems to be accurate, good sales and specials. Today was my first time in, and there were so many screws, bolts and nails in the customer parking lot, I wont be back until it's addressed! I can save $20 buying a used part, having to replace a $225 tire! Come on team, do better! Clean that front lot-

If you need a used car part, this is the place to go. A wide selection of ever changing vehicle inventory, including domestic and imports awaits you at UP&P in Colorado Springs. Granted, you have to do the work (U Pull) but you’ll be rewarded with a quality used part at a reasonable price (U Pay). Personally, I’ve been a customer for years and I continue to recommend UP&P to friends and strangers alike. Customer service at the lot is top notch, the online inventory system is invaluable, and the prices are fair. UP&P is worth the trip.

This one star rating is specifically for telephone customer service and is referring to Albuquerque and Colorado Springs. This is absolutely the worst automated customer service I have ever dealt with in my 40 years of working on vehicles. And just because of that I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Huge selection of cars to choose from. It was my first time going there and the staff was very nice and informative. Your first time there is free admission and only $2 after. You can go in and out several times in one day as long as you get a stamp. They provide a limited tools to use so you definitely want to bring your own. They also have wheel barrels that you can use for big parts. Overall great experience and i will be returning!

Love this place, always a fun adventure, they have made steps forward ti make the yard better but steps back also. The piles of random debris used to be cleared often but now more and more they just get shoved around and exist for weeks. Also very muddy yard during spring, wear boots! Great staff, also be aware rate of entry is going up to 5$ per person… so if your a large group of people going you may not even save money over brand new….

I have been buying parts from hear since day one..I was under the impression the parts are first come first serve...well NOT today...I found a jeep hard top I needed and was told I could not buy it cause it was saved for a customer who spends more than I do...I think the managers name levi..but anyways that's a slap in the face..I'm going to notify corporate or some body about this..he should be fired far as I'm concerned...unless the rules have changed???

I'd give it more stars if it was more clean. Had an issue on a vehicle they said they had went found out the vehicle was scrapped. But the cleanliness of the yard is not great parts stacked in piles hard to get down some rows of cars and do not go after a rain storm unless you want to use parts of vehicles to make a bridge to get through the water. Staff was friendly though and bonus seeing duallys there as well in Utah the yards were cleaner but they didn't accept dual rear wheels because they wouldn't fit in the pre designated areas for vehicles. If it wasn't for the u pull and pay having piles of parts stacked up and over all low cleanliness I would of rated higher and I don't expect a pristine junk yard but ease of access especially without disabilities is kinda a big deal I know a person who is disabled would have a very tough time trying to figure out how to just navigate the yard much less get to the vehicle they need the part from. Other wise decent selection on numerous vehicles and reasonable priced for a pull your own part yard.

Besides their hidden gems, their entire staff is always friendly and helpful!! Great for finding parts associates are helpful and good pricing. Good battery prices at $35 plus core, and they offer a 120-day warranty on them for an additional $4. I've been going here for years and never had an issue. I definitely recommend it to others.

It’s a joke as soon as they sell you a part you better hope it works because they will not give you your money back if it doesn’t. They told me I had 30 days on an alternator when I asked as I was worried that it wouldn’t work because it was pretty badly busted up. after installing it, the alternator didn’t work. I tried to bring it back and they claimed that it didn’t come from them. if you have absolutely have to go here at least use a credit card so you can dispute later.P.S soldiers should not be treated like this from any company
