Great place to go if you're desperate. They pride themselves on being friendly but they are not at all friendly. Get ready to work like a fool for a part that should be thrown in the trash and that's if you're lucky enough that they even have it. You need to pay just to look to see if they have your part. When you're ready to check out you get treated like a criminal by younger high school age looking employees. The icing on the cake is their commercial about "putting your junk on their bed" which is perverted and borders on obscene. Lucky for them most of their customers are foreign and English is not their native language. I'm writing this review simply because this place could really be great. I'm a local mechanic and I should be their target customer but I always dread stopping. I really want to like the place but I always leave feeling like I got duped rather than that of a valued customer. I will be back simply because they're local. The reality is I often order parts and have them shipped just to avoid the hassle of dealing with the circus.

They were great to work with. I worked with the staff at the East Bethel location and everyone from the pickup driver to the front desk staff were courteous, helpful, and took time to ensure I was happy with the end results. The cash offer they quoted me was also a good deal more than the other places I checked with which was a huge bonus. I can’t recommend them enough! Thanks again for making the process so simple.

I needed a short gas line between the filter and the engine for a grand caravan. They had several in stock and I was able to get the part I needed off of the first van I checked. It was a tiny bit different than what we broke but it fit right in the space and worked perfectly. Very friendly staff were great with helping me get what I needed. They charged me a very fair price for the part. Far cheaper than online and I was able to get it same day I broke it. I will definitely be back here in the future for used parts. Edit - I recently brought 2 vehicles up here for recycling, I received a bit more $ for each than I anticipated. Very easy to work with.

This place is great like frosted flakes. The had everything I need for my mommas car also they have some super sweet deals. I put all new seats In my moms car for $70 dollars. They will sell you an engine for just over $200 everywhere else wanted close to $800. The only thing that I didn't like is that I couldn't get 1 bolt out and there was a guy that works there with a torch I offered him $20 to cut it and he told me he can't $20 for one Bolt other than that great experience will keep going there in the future

Extremely user-friendly website to request a quote. Great communication throughout the process. Towing service is available and receiving payment was simple. All in all in an excellent experience. I would definitely recommend anyone needing to sell a vehicle to use U Pull R Parts.

So, we have to move unexpectedly and all the projects that we were going to get around to had to go, including two vehicles in less than perfect condition. We called Monday for a quote. Brought the vehicles in on Tuesday and left in less than twenty minutes with exactly the amount of money we were quoted. It was so easy and Adam was so good to work with. Adam was fast, friendly and made the experience super painless. I will definitely recommend this place to others! Thanks, Adam and I Pull R Parts!

Been awhile since I came here. I can say a lot has changed. Seems for the worse. Prices are up to 75% of a new part. They charge for every little wire and piece that is attached. Even useless hoses and electrical wires that were cut. Never was told what or how much I was being charged until payment was made. Then, looking at the receipt, you can find all the "hidden" fees. One very rude cashier with a beard, the other, great guy. Wont return, i suggest others dont either. If you do use this business, make sure you throw whatever you don't need away. Even useless wires and hoses. Buying new seems justifiable, considering labor to remove and hidden fees. Read the other owner comments, no remorse.

The prices recently are absolutely astonishing. $14 per coil pack that I found half buried in the mud on the ground. It's obvious the parts aren't working anymore. Every part now is just highway robbery. You want to play games with your customers ? Well we can play games too. It's called wearing bigger pockets next time you come in.

This past Wed I had, easily, one of the top three BEST customer service experiences of my life thanks to Chris at the East Bethel location. The situation was rather unique… and one that typically wouldn’t work out in the customers favor… especially these days! But a decision had to be made, and it was made with the customers experience and satisfaction above all else. I can’t even remember the last time that’s happened… but Chris done brought the damn bar back y’all… and he’s out here setting it high. I know Anthony is taking notes…just a super pleasant experience all round. It’s as if that giant thunderstorm that hit for the entire last hour till close, never even happened! Thanks a million Chris and Anthony—you guys are the BEST! Cheers!

I found the parts I needed on the Internet and came to the address, but I couldn't pay online. My phone blocked it. A wonderful girl named Daniel came to my aid, she called the company, clarified all the information about the product and agreed that they would send me a link for payment. Everything works! Thank you very much for your help and understanding! Daniel, you are the best! Thank you very much!

Really a bummer what happened to this place. It's gotten seriously expensive compared to the past. A lot of it is new policy. Costs often exceeding the cost of a new part, plus you have to spend your time pulling it. Example: A hatch or a door must be stripped completely or you'll be charged down to the third brake light, door lock actuator, or wiper blades. Even a cut wiring pigtail costs money. You may as well just throw it in the mud to save some cash. Often this leads to tons of garbage around the yard. I dont really understand the new policies. Wasteful, and expensive. I rarely go here anymore. It's really unfortunate.

I ordered a part through AAA. I didn't see the sign on the door at U-Pull saying no work in parking lot and attempted to take out an alternator as I live two hours away. Without draining fluids, there was no way the alternator was coming out. The staff at AAA and U-Pull probably looked at me like a dummy, but you wouldn't know it. Even though they don't do work on customer's cars, I had three people try to help anyway. The staff at U-Pull kept giving me cold bottles of water as I was in the hot sun for hours. Again, I apologize for breaking your rule so ignorantly and a huge thanks for going above and beyond! The prices are unbeatable. The business model is an example sensible stewardship. The staff was outstanding.

I've been coming to upull for over 10 years! Recently, I had lost my receipt for some wheels that I purchased a few weeks ago, so I messaged upull through facebook and Jesse found my receipt in their system right away. Customer service at its finest! Automatic 5 stars!

Matt (tow truck driver) has the soul of an angel. He picked up our 1999 Expedition. His explanations were thorough, and he was extremely patient. He removed our Expedition from the garage with care. I wish every customer service experience was this amazing!! Matt is definitely an asset to this business!!

As someone who isn’t in to cars at all, I found this place quite fascinating to visit. There are rows and rows of decrepit and crashed vehicles. They also offer good prices for the parts, and it can save a lot of money if you know how to find and extract the part yourself.

Their staff is not only friendly but also highly skilled. Thank you Jesse F for helping my husband and I today with a receipt from 07/2023. Jesse’s patience, professionalism and research was so helpful in fulfilling the last step that we needed for proof of purchase of a car hood. We would definitely recommend U-pull especially Jesse for any receipt questions.

Nicest junk yard ive ever been to. Staff was helpfull and polite. Cars were laid out orderly and inventoried properly so it was easy to find what you were looking for. Large inventory i was able to find multiple vehicles with the part i was looking for and cherry pick the best one. They supplied wheel barrels to transport your tools and parts. They supplied a hand wash station with quality soap and towels to clean your hands before you drive home. Price i paid was less than half what i expected very very fair. Ive been a mechanic over 16 years and im truly impressed. Great store i will be back in the future and will refer others.

Awesome place! They generally have at least one of each kind of well known cars. Current inventory on their website. Bring your own tools and get used car parts, some in perfect shape, for dirt cheap prices. Edit: 2 years later. Went today to get an ABS module. They were still extremely helpful about where the cars are and even printed out a list of all the vehicles they had in my specified range. Online it says under electrical that any module other than an ECM is $11.16 and an ECM is 25.10. I went to the counter with my ABS module and they wanted $43. And some change. They classify the ABS module as an ABS pump witch is a completely different part and are not sold together EVER even by the manufacturer they are different part numbers and are sold separately because they have different functions. They told me that if I went back and took the ABS pump off as well as the module it would be the same price. So they'd lose money giving me another part for free instead of just charging me for the module and letting someone else have the pump. We did have a discussion at the counter and everyone was very professional but they said nothing would be done about the way they these parts are listed online.

Will be telling everyone I come in contact with vehicles get brought up how this company is. I purchased two tires today. They did not fit. I went back got another one and they told me I had to buy the third one and they would not refund the other two. So I buy three tires and leave one. The most messed up part they did not even let me take the two tires I purchased. They stole Money from me. I would not recommend spending a dollar at this fraudulent business.

This place was AWESOME!! Fantastic service, everybody was super nice, helpful and so fast. They gave me more than double the amount for my car, that didn't even run, than any other place offered, without hardly even looking at it first and no last min changes. They picked it up right away, barely costing me anything to tow it nearly an hour back to their lot. The check was ready the same day for pick up or there was also an option for it to be mailed out.

I’ll give them 4 stars because they ALMOST have it figured out. As customers we need to watch their website as to WHAT vehicles are there and WHEN it arrived. That is our indication as to whether the part WE WANT is there. They will not be able to tell us if a certain part is there. We show up with our impact wrench and other tools, grab a clean (not dripping with used oil) wheel barrel, pay the $2 admission fee, then stroll up n down the lanes looking for “our” car. Hafta be over 16 and don’t wear sandals. They didn’t let my daughter in.

Really used to enjoy U Pull but it’s gotten to the point where it’s a blatant cash grab. Nickel and diming you for everything. Bought four taillights and was charged extra for the pigtails and the counter rep hand counted every bulb in them and charged me for those too. Charged for every single trim piece and cap. Nice $10 environmental charge too. The thing that pissed me off enough to write a review about is the warranty charge that they tacked on to every single part. $30 worth of warranty on a $200 ticket. When I asked them to refund it after I noticed it after putting the parts in my car, they said I needed to decline it during the sale to get it taken off. How am I supposed to decline something I wasn’t told about? Eventually needed to just return everything and then buy it again and decline the warranty during the second transaction. Shady as hell. Leave it to greed to ruin a good thing.

It's always fun to visit a junkyard, but it's hard to get past the unprofessional cashiers, rude attitude, and a sense of being stereotyped. Customer service goes a long way, gentlemen. I suggest this business incorporate that ASAP!
