Their inventory shows vehicles that have been there for a year and seven months? Either there isn't anything left of then or the inventory needs updated, one or the other.it says it was updated 2 months ago.

Don't trust what their online inventory tells you. Yes you can't be sure you'll get your part on any pull it yourself lot -- but if the published inventory sheet says they have a certain year / model car - you should be able to at least have that car on the lot when you get there. Forget about getting your $2 entry fee back when this happens, not to mention your WASTED TIME.

I found exactly what I needed, only problem I had was the shooting range near by but other than that it was a great experience. Staff seemed friendly but I knew what I needed so I didn't necessarily need their expertise. Also, it is a local business unlike their neighbors.

When you make a deal its a deal. I was told 300$ dollars at the time of pick up they did not call me or pick up the vehicle for 2 weeks and now tell me they can only offer me 250$. This is not good business. To top it off they even had the slip for pick up and price of 300$ they were paying and even said it was their fault it slipped through the cracks. Don't worry U-wrench it I'll pay for your mistake.

I called to sell my vehicle. I received a quote and was told that the vehicle would be picked up that evening or the following day. After 3 days vehicle was still on my street. I called back, was told the truck was broke and as soon as it was fixed they would be out. After about a week they still had not come to get it. I finally had to call the Vet Services to come get it. Terrible communication and no follow through.

Worst service ever waited 5hours for them to pick up my car and they said I was first on the list. Then when the truck driver finally called to say he was on his way I had to wait another hour for him to get here and he was rude. I would give them zero stars but that's not an option.

Good location near other yards. Cheap entry. Good selection. Organized by manufacturer. Fair prices. I visit often.

Very difficult to tell what they have on the lot. Terrible phone interface, they simply do not answer the phone, so you have to go there to figure out that they do not have what you want

It is not my favorite place to go, staff is cool!
