    Flat tire. Broken jack. Car on the ground in the backwoods of southern Boone County. Oh yeah, did I mention that cell phone service is iffy at best? Jeff still managed to get a truck to me in about 10 minutes and I was back on four wheels in well under half an hour. At very neighborly rates - many people would have taken advantage of me in that situation because I didn't many options. Fewer and fewer businesses left like this - please support them!

    Called Jeff for a spare tire for a rental van which came from Avis without one, 45 minutes later (from my house to Union Auto to home and mounted underneath), I had a spare under the van, no muss, no fuss, no BS. Couldn't have been a better experience! 10/10, would go back to Union Auto without a doubt!

    I wish I can do no star.. I took my Toyota 86 to get the front bumper stripped and repaint. Had one stop where the clear coat was coming off, they fixed that but was gonna charge for the entire thing. He handed me my keys after I pointed it out and said “no charge” and walked away and shut he door. Never get body work done there!
