Typically I don’t leave reviews but this time around I feel I have to. Due to Eman Zahedikia’s exceptional professionalism, honesty and great customer service all around. He made the process very easy and understanding from beginning to end. If your looking for a new car I recommend universal Nissan and ask for Rawad and Eman Zahedikia. I guarantee they can get you the deal your looking for.

Worst dealership.. we met with an internet sales person who couldn't have been more disinterested.. hardly spoke to us and when the deal didn't go through took all paperwork and threw it in trash before we could even get up to leave. I wouldn't do business with a person who snaps at people to get attention instead of respectfully addressing them. Very disappointed

Terrible wait time to get your car serviced. Took me 3 hours wait time on Saturday from 12 noon - 3pm I had to watch people who came after me get there car done before and I had an appointment. Terrible customer service and if your African American they put you at the end so you wait longer than Hispanic people or anyone else for that matter.

Let me start with the positive. The service department is great. Kevin Velasco is super helpful and a respectful person. Highly recommend asking for him.I’ve bought and leased over 15 cars in my lifetime. This by far was my WORST buying experience. First, I asked a few questions over the phone even before walking into the dealership. I was misinformed. Once I was there, at least 4 managers, and 2 sales persons were involved in my transaction, which bothered me a lot. Sat there for over 4 hours and we still didn’t have a deal. For every little thing they kept walking back into the mgr office and spent over 15-20 minutes there. This happened at least 7-8 times. Once we had a deal, I went in to finance to sign the papers. They snuck in a $650 “paint protection” charge without my knowledge. If I hadn’t been through this process 15 times before, I would’ve never known. They insisted that I have 2 keys on my trade in vehicle. So I insisted they have 2 keys for the vehicle I was buying. I even told the finance guy “I want 2 keys for my car”. He yells out to the supposed “used car sales mgr” and the guy yells back “yes! All CPO vehicles have 2 keys”. 6 hours later, after signing my contract, I walk out to the car and low and behold, there was only 1 key. No remote either. I had to be assertive in telling them that they give me in writing that they owe me 2 keys and 2 remotes, else I’m not driving the vehicle off the lot. Also, the car had less than a quarter tank in gas. They were like “we don’t gas up used cars”. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? I just spent over $20k on a car and you’re telling me you don’t fill the gas on a used vehicle?? Just a terrible experience. Will not be buying another vehicle from them ever again.
