Took my car to them to have the alternator replaced. Was told it was a different part needing replaced. They replaced it and car did good for three weeks then went back to the same issue I had in the first place.Was told that it ran good for three weeks so wasn't thier problem....Heard owner laughing about it as he hung up the phone.DONT take your car here!

Took my truck in June for possible fuel pump replacement. Cost me close to $600.00 and truck hasn’t ran right since. Replaced my battery which was a Diehard battery with a partsmaster battery.Truck wouldn’t crank and battery kept going dead. Mr Keith swore he had put a top of the line battery in my truck though. Now Dealership told me I needed at least 750 CCA and 850 cranking amps. The battery Mr Keith had installed was 675 CCA 800 cranking. Anyway bought a Diehard 850CCA 1000 cranking and no problems since then of course I’m stuck with the dollar tree battery they installed. Also beware mechanic is foreign and doesn’t understand English. This place is beyond horrendous more like a professional scam shop.

I went to a few places up the road ( Knights , Joes) before I came to VJ’s. Keith has the best customer service and the best prices in town. He had the time to answer my questions and was able to work on my car the same day. I dropped my car off at 10am and was ready by 11:30am same day for a window regulator replacement. He is a honest knowledgeable business owner/mechanic. I’m glad to have found him since we are new to the area. I will definitely be coming back for any car needs I may need. 100% recommend.

It strikes me as a convenience boutique but not a serious auto repair facility. The mechanic, there is only one, at the Pass Rd shop wastes a lot of time at customer expense. I had some basic work done that took two or three times what was necessary. The parts installed were probably not over priced, but I will never go there again because of the mechanic’s considerable trial and error took hundreds of dollars to resolve. While I do not claim the mechanic deliberately inflated my bottom line, though he did, I can not recommend this shop unless you want to buy a spark plug or quart of oil and put it in yourself.

These guys were less than half the price to fix my AC. Took less than half the time I was quoted by the guy down the street. I bought extras in store and still came out cheaper. Great people. Friendly. A local company that brings great service to the area. They made a repeat customer out of me. 👍

I had a breakdown on my utility trailor that was loaded down and they had every opportunity to take advantage of me but they did NOT! They stopped what they were doing and got me back on the road paying way less than I expected. They went so far as to check and grease my bearings on the undamaged side to make sure I could complete my trip. I would recomend them to anyone.Mark

Can't say enough about this place. Do not bring your vehicle there. Really,don't. Used to be a good place. But it has changed alot. I have heard nothing but bad about this place lately. Not doing the work. Charging for work not done. And using old parts, charging new prices. Don't do it. JS. Hope this helps you and save you.

Paid a lot less than what we were expecting and they fixed my ac on a days notice. We've had no problems and the customer service was amazing. Thank you!!! we will definitely be back.

Idk if they've changed but back in 2014 we went there for a simple oil change and they completely screwed up our engine. They may have drained the oil out but they didnt put oil back in, whatever they did made two of our pistons stop working and we ended up carless and having to buy a new car when our old car should still be running today.

Knowledgable and honest are two words to describe the individuals who own/manage/work at V J's.I had a very good experience -- I typically do all my own mechanic work but didnt have the time nor tools to fix this problem. They knew what was wrong, asked before installing extra parts, and they have great customer service.I have high standards for mechanical work and I would recommend them after my experience.TLDR: Highly Recommend
