I think I have found my new favorite place. It is exactly what I have been looking for it had a great selection of cars and the guy that ran it was very very friendly. There were way way more cars than I was expecting. The reason why I didn't give it 5 stars is because I thought the price for parts was a little high for a pull your own parts junkyard. Also I wish they stayed open a little bit longer by the time I got there I only had about 45 minutes but I will be returning.

I had the same issue that others mention with them not answering the phone. But there was one guy at the desk and at least two customers there at all times while I was there. I understand if he can't ignore the people that went there to help someone on the phone, but something should be done to fix that issue as business is probably being lost.The lot was organized and he told me exactly where to go. I didn't even have to look around. Most places don't know where anything is. The price was great too.Bottom line... I definitely recommend! If they don't answer, just go there!

This was not at the yard but rather their box truck entering traffic on hwy 41. Wreckless and dangerous are the kindest words that I can use. The driver NEVER looked while merging into the middle lane of the highway almost tearing the front end off of our car. Hit the horn and rather than course correct the driver accelerated and kept going.The driver should be fired immediately for endangering public safety. That kind of employee opens the company to lawsuits unnecessarily. It is unfortunate. I did try calling the yard but there was not an answer. This was 3:58 PM March 1st at the hwy 21 on ramp south bound.

Called to have a car junked. The customer service was terrible. The lady was uninterested, didn't care and rude all at the same time. She talked down to me like I was mentally challenged. 100% disrespectful. Would not recommend.

Used to be great for parts. Not so much anymore. Really went down hill. In one day I called four times and never got an answer, the phone just rang, mind you during business hours. I finally got somebody to answer, and they said they would have a part off the next day. They didn't. It was a week later and they called me to inform me the part was off. When I got there, there was five people standing at the counter waiting. The counter man, was in the office laughing and joking with one of his buddies. People were obviously upset that they were waiting, so they must have been there for a while. I know that I waited 10 minutes before he even came out. I bought a grade a fender oh, that's supposed to be in good shape. When I picked up the fender, the bottoms all rusty and it's full of door dings. Wasn't super impressed. When I got back, I tried to call twice, and I got no answer.Their sister store in Appleton is not any better. I got a door from them, they had it listed online for $95. Why called to secure the part, she told me it was 125, then she wanted to argue with me when I told her they had it online for 95 saying that she couldn't do that. I've run into that before where they try to put you on the elevator, but they'll normally correct the price right away when you called them out on it. I bought an insurance quality door, but it had a Dent the size of a dollar bill in it and the mirror was all beat up. Then they couldn't give me a refund because of computer incompatibility.I used to go there for parts all the time. I guess I won't be anymore.

If I could give a zero star rating I would. I had a terrible experience with this place and I suggest you save yourself the stress and go elsewhere! I had totaled my car because someone ran a stop sign, which was bad enough, THEN I had to deal with the WORST customer service. It has taken me TWO WEEKS to get things figured out with them. First, Dawn is very uninterested in assisting or scheduling anything. When I tried to schedule to have my car towed to their yard, she would ask me when I am available and then immediate shut me down and said they would not have any availability at that time and proceed to ask me if there was another time I was available and immediately tell me there was no availability. I wasted many lunches discussing this with them. They also lost the form that had my car information on it once they towed it and took forever to find it and the front desk worker didn't know what I was talking about when I told them where my car had been towed from (Dawn said they work with them frequently). THEY EVEN TRIED TO CLAIM THEY DIDN'T OWE ME ANYTHING. I had to argue with the worker and in the end, they did owe me money and they just never communicated. REASONS TO NOT USE THIS SERVICE: Miscommunication, disorganized, and rude!

Just simply cant get ahold of them. For some reason they struggle to answer the phone. I ordered a wheel from them for my truck and I received the wrong style. It was an understandable mistake/misunderstanding. I was ready and willing to pay for the correct wheel. I have been wanting to order the correct style but I haven't been able to talk to anyone there. I have tried calling them on several occasions at different times of the day and no answer. If they do answer I get put on hold and no one picks up. Its unfortunate because I have had good experience in the past. But it has definitely gotten worse recently.

Very reasonable prices, vehicles laid out well, space enough to get what you need.....
