Absolutely the worst customer service. Had a damaged residential container due to improper pick up. Was told it would be picked up and replaced. That never happened. Called multiple times and consistently got disconnected after being put on hold as well being passed back and fourth between Advanced Disposal and Waste Management. Most recent call was over an 50 minutes and the problem was not resolved.

Advanced Disposal must have the laziest pick-up workers in the state of Wisconsin. They absolutely do NOT believe in a work ethic , and are very neglectful of serving their paying customers. Unfortunately we are some of those paying customers. How on earth can they pick up our garbage one week and then skip our service for the next THREE weeks? We pay for WEEKLY pick-up service and that is far from what we end up getting We have had to contact our town supervisor on more occasions than we care to think about. And WHY do we have to even bother him so many times? It's because Advanced Disposal does NOTHING to solve this problem. Still the same old excuses with the same old workers. Do we sound irate enough? Well that's an understatement. All we want from them is the SERVICE that we PAY for...........that's certainly not asking for too much. They pick up the refuse from other homes on our street, and then stop picking up from houses on our end of the street . Maybe it's too inconvenient for them to go a bit farther, to pick up at our end? I say that they get their sh-t together and do the jobs that THEY get paid to do. Now we've had to call again, and we've hauled our garbage 900 ft. , to the end of our driveway, only to have to walk it all the way back, for the third time this week ! What's their problem? On March 4 2021, I was following one of their garabage trucks (122519?) down University Dr at 1:38PM in Marinette and they had paper, plastic, and styrofoam debris flying out of their truck.

They keep sending me invoices for times that i did not have the container. i have called them three times and the they have promised to give me credit and that i would not received any more invoices but they keep coming. The worse company i have ever dealt with. Dont use them. Service: Construction debris removal

Constantly have issues with the bill, they’ve skipped pick up services on dates scheduled, tie you into a contract you aren’t even aware of and just sat on hold for over 20 minutes only to be hung up on and when I called back, they’re closed? How convenient! Very poor service all around!

The staff are very friendly, always observant and considerate of the swarms of children in my neighborhood. They have been known to wheel the bins up to the garage door for the elderly folks

I Have your Equipment going past my Residence every day. Bader St Green Bay, WI. Between Deckner Ave and Mason st. Is NOT a truck Route. This will be addressed or my next move will be to contact the proper authorities. I understand that if there is a container on a non truck route, the driver is to go in and then right out the same way. Shortest distance possible, Not cut through to make his route shorter to the next container.Thanks

Watch you contract. If you cancel early they will sue you. They also renew your contract automatically even though they say that they send a paper with your statement to be sent back if you don't want to renew. Workers are great the company it self is not. I don't recommend them.

My rates more than doubled out of nowhere. I was blindsided by a bill of nearly 160 dollars because of increased recycling charges. I cancelled my service right after I paid my bill for the next 3 months. Now they will not refund my money. They say they are putting to the bill they sent me out of nowhere. Basically they have stolen my money. Awful company, i recommend looking elsewhere.
