Brandon was amazing at coordinating a roll-off dumpster drop off. He made everything easy and we were able to get the dumpster in a timely fashion! Carl (the delivery person) was professional and helpful as well!

The guy who works at the desk inside is awesome he is so friendly and always talks to us when we are there. I would give 5 stars but the gentleman who works in the scale outside is very rude and we come there a lot and still get treated like first timers and he never smiles and is so disrespectful. He has to learn how to communicate better and in a more friendly manner.

The same family run company that is always friendly and professional. They are by far SE MN top recycler and it’s not even close. They have grown but haven’t lost any of the small family run feeling . A+

For the cost of a short drive out of town you get better service and attitude than in Rochester. These guys don't mess around with skimping the poundage or not being open. Highly recommended!

Usually I get good service. But came with a trailer of scrap metal and was refused a weigh in. Attendant said he did think it met the 300# minimum, but I could dump it for free if I wanted. I said weigh me and if it's less than 300# you can have for free. He AGAIN refused to help me, saying he wasn't making any money with me. Poor customer service on this occation.
