I took my truck here fora new set of tires and alignment because they were fair priced and I wanted to support a local shop. When I went to pick it up they were drinking and trying to get my truck jump started. They were not angle to start it so I had to come back in the morning to get it. When I got it back the next day, the entertainment center didn’t work, the engine hours were cleared, steering wheel covered in grease, and it pulled to the right very bad. I brought it back for them to look at and they weren’t sure what was wrong but said I could leave it and they will see what they could do. I didn’t want to leave it with them again so I took it to a different shop to fix what was damaged at Discount Auto Services. Ended up needing another alignment, tire pressure sensor, batteries, and a wheel bearing (abs wire mount was taken off and ripped wiring out when driving the truck)I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

I was able to get my car repaired quickly. The owner & staff were very helpful & explained everything that needed to be done. Definitely go back!

NOT THE HONEST MECHANIC YOUR LOOKING FOR. Had my tires done here, rite when I got home I found one of my tires almost flat and went back to find out they didn’t seal it properly. They fixed it. I went on my way. I go to Duluth from Rochester and feel a vibration so when I get to Duluth I have another place check it and they find out the tires aren’t balanced. When I went back to complain the guy kept going on about how a weight musta fallen off but the place I had it fixed at said there were no problems with the weights just that whoever did em didn’t know what they were doing(just like the sealant on the tire) needless to say I won’t be bringing my vehicle here ever again and I will strongly advice everyone of the same. Especially after arguing with the guy about how much he should reimburse me. “I don’t think we should have to pay for the inspection” ok dude how else would they have figured out what you guys messed up? Joe and the team fixed my rim leaks! I'd tried to have a Rochester tire shop fix the rim leaks, but the rim leaks actually got worse. Discount Auto in Oronoco used a wire wheel to remove oxidation, mounted and balanced the tires - all this close to home! Haven't had any problems since.

Joe and his staff have always been able to diagnose and fix our car problems. He is the cheapest around when it comes to new tires. Rates are reasonable and they are honest. Oil changes are quick and professional. I will continue to bring my vehicles here.

Took a few cars in. Strongly recommend. Lower prices, no unnecessary expenses, and people are friendly and helpful. A few times they forgot to tell me they were finished. Easy to forgive though since they do good work, and save me money.
