The phone contact, Matt, was very knowledgeable & helpful. The folks at the pickup location were helpful as well.<br><br>Just be aware that there are no restroom facilities available at the pickup location, even if you're a paying customer. The restrooms are for employees only. That's the difference, to me, for the 4-star review, instead of a 5-star review.

Insane dealing with Wayne’s Auto Salvage all you get done is sent to their voicemails. No phone calls back take over a week just to get a wheel. Very incompetent set automotive back 100 years.

By far the worst salvage place I’ve ever been at, spent over 200 dollars for a radiator I waited over two hours for an “inspection” just for them to give me a broken radiator. At the time I didn’t notice accepted it and took it and by the time I went to fix my vehicle it was broken as if someone had cut the tube off, I thought maybe it got broke on the way to where I was going so I kept it and just ordered a new radiator, I went the second time got told it would be ready at 11, I come back at 11 I then waited over two more hours for another “inspection” after spending 100 more dollars out of the 200 I basically gave them for free for the other broken part, they finally were ready to give me the radiator after waiting for over 2-3 hours for another radiator I took one look at it and seen yet again the tube had been cut off of the radiator making the radiator broken, I came back in and requested a refund, the staff was rude even ignoring me and disregarding something they did, I then waited AGAIN finally the employee walked out with a receipt and said absolutely nothing to me so I stood there waiting for comfimation of my refund, the employee then came back after hiding in they’re office asking me rudely “is there anything else” I just walked out, do not come here for parts they will just waste ur time and give u broken parts expecting u to pay for it. NEVER I repeat NEVER come here. My whole morning wasted just to haft to order a brand new radiator from somewhere else. Do better.
