The staff was very professional and kind enough to wait nearby until I got home to begin the appraisal. Received check for two cars I was selling same day. The towing guys came earlier than appointed time and were quick to retrieve both cars. He over the phone was also very courteous a professional during the initial selling process. Highly recommended!
