    I just called them. I didnt know it was a business because the lady answered phone and said "Hello" I thought I dialed someone's personal phone, so I asked "Is this We Buy Junk Cars?" She confirmed. Then I proceeded to ask my questions regarding the car I'm trying to sell. She gave me a rate. I told her thanks and that I would call back. She was un-welcoming the duration of the call! She didnt say bye or thank you for calling she just hung up! This is my 1st time attempting to get rid of a car. I hate businesses like this. Dont assume I'm a seasoned customer or know what to ask or do! Assume this is my 1st time and you want the business!
