I'm going to file this complaint because I've worked very well with Wiver for years until recently. I used to talk to Enrique about parts, and when my shipment was delayed, I would call him because I wanted an update on my order. But there came a point when he stopped answering my calls, and I realized he had blocked my number. I tried calling from other numbers, and the call would go through. That's how I realized, and well, I ignored it and continued buying from other sellers, and it was the same thing. The seller ended up blocking me. I own a body shop, and if I call them, it's because I need parts, and they tell me a certain day, but the orders don't arrive. That's why I call them, because I commit to delivering my customers' cars on a certain day, and I have to keep calling them to find out about it.Furthermore, I think that because I am a woman, they don't like to do business with women because I have never said a bad word to them or disrespected them.

I ordered an engine from these folks a week ago. It was supposed to be here yesterday never came on time so it was rescheduled for today and it still is not on time. Driver called me 30 minutes ago saying he was on his way and his yet to arrive and I run a small business in Columbus, Georgia Seriously considering using somebody else from now on
