    They are some horrible people. They pretend as if they are good people. They are really not.Rusty whom I thought was a good person. He completely lied through the process, wasted our time, I’m pretty sure he completely lied about even having the parts. Because I had to call the day before and even days prior to that to even get an answer with my part. They call back today and tell me the part is way to rusted and it can’t be used. Like really ?? And he was being rude about it, like we should take it or leave it as if we are desperate. We asked to speak to a manager and whoever we spoke to was even more rude. And so dismissive.Without realizing the real problem or they just didn’t want to be at fault. But they were, and they handled it Soo wrong, now I need to start all over again looking for parts. I pray God gives your business exactly what it deserves. Karma is real! If I could give them a 0 I will !!!!!!! Complete waste of time, btw this is the second time they wasted my time like that. If I ask to see the part I’m sure they won’t be able to show me, throwing different prices around. It’s crazy. Don’t deal with them.

    I bought a $5000 motor from them 5 months ago with a $300 core . They picked up the core but they are still giving me the run a round about my money.

    I buy small auto parts from them often. But Several months ago, I bought a used transmission from them and the transmission control module was bad. It cost me more to have the TCM replaced than the transmission. They said they would reimburse me and never did. I gave them another chance and bought a used engine with a warranty and it's bad too. I've been a customer for years but now I'm done. They sell bad engines and transmissions and then don't honor the warranty. My mechanic told me not to buy from you'll and I didn't listen.

    Great customer service! I got a chevy 6.0l engine from them and the one they quoted me for was missing from the warehouse. They got another engine from out of state, which had less miles on it and would have been more expensive, but they didn't charge me any extra. The engine got delivered quickly, within two days. Besides there being a mistake in the inventory system everything went very well, the warehouse employees were very helpful, the manager got everything straightened out, and the engine I got runs strong.

    Worst customer service from John the “manager”beware!!! The engine I was sold was bad and he proceeded to accuse us for it being bad...his communication skills were awful. Never returns a phone call he promises. Just god awful service. Go elsewhere for parts. would rate 0 if possible. Check yelps reviews for more accurate representation if their company..can’t speak for all employees but John is a scanmer.BEWARE!

    Raja you are the man!! I own/operate a growing repair shop in Atlanta, and use a lot of used parts. We do a lot of drivetrain repairs. I've been buying parts from Weaver for a while. The service was always hit or miss. I was in need of a couple engines, and called for some prices and Raja ext 2242 answers. I used to shop around for prices, but not anymore. He has been my first and call for at least 6-7 months now. The prices, the warranty, THE SERVICE...top notch. I call no one, no other salvage yard, other than him now. If he's not available, I'll wait and call back later.

    Had the pleasure of speaking with Ron @Ext2255 and he was very helpful and patient. He didn't come across as knowing too much or rushing to get another call. My phone connection was bad and I lost the signal, he immediately called me back. He contacted the correct personnel necessary to get the answers I needed.     Don't do it. I own a transmission shop. I purchased a used transmission for a customer. It showed up here with very dark smelly fluid. The customer rejected the unit, and chose instead to go with a remanufactured unit, rather than chance it with this questionable used unit. After days of calling and leaving messages I finally get the manager on the line. Now the manager refuses to issue a refund. He insists that I accept a store credit. After the poor customer service and after receiving a questionable product I don't want anything from these people. You should avoid this company too.
