WM failed to collect my trash and or recycle containers 4 times last year. WM refused to collect on a "snow day" that resulted in less than 1/2 inch of snow on the grass and NO snow on the roads. Customer Service told me, the trucks were not 4 wheel drive and therefore could not collect trash that day. I asked for a credit for the days WM failed to collect my trash and recycle and they said no because their cost of doing business did not change just because they did not collect my trash. Yep, for real. I would 100% never use WM if I had a choice. They are a monopoly in Newberg. WM does NOT care about their customers and is mismanaged in Newberg.

The absolute worst for customer service. Once they have the monopoly in the area, every nickel they save is profit. If I need a vacation hold, I can either call and sit on hold LITERALLY HALF AN HOUR and then waste 15 more minutes rehashing account number, etc. Chat isn't any better - I was #68 in line last time. I think they're hoping you'll give up in frustration and just pay for service you don't get. Awful!!!

It’s garbage pick up. They usually do it and do it fine. HOWEVER they refuse to pick up my yard debris. No matter how many times I call in or ask about it, I’m told “oh just put it out with the trash hiand they will pick it up” Service: Furniture removal

Service has been unreliable, attempted to call to rectify and it sounded like customer service was asleep. They acted like they had no time to deal with me and did nothing to correct the issue. Unfortunate there isn't someone else to collect because I would switch!

Friendly staff and not a long wait for the day after a holiday weekend. They tell you how much your load will cost, run your card, then direct you to where to dump. Easy in, easy dump, easy out! Thanks to the awesome employees there.

Always huge lines and long waits. Recycling says it opens at 8, but I waited for 20 minutes and no one ever unlocked the gate. Prices are reasonable but the facility is often unusable.

Quik fast dump site! The cashier wasn't wearing a mask but it was outdoors.

Was told by an employee to "drive over that trash I need to get through" when we obliged we ended up with broken bottles puncturing our tire and ended up with a flat. WM would not compensate.

I was in line for 70 minutes before being able to dump my load. Got there at opening. I think the additional traffic from the landfill in mcminnville closing probably has something to do with the wait time but if you must visit....bring your patience. I took a few naps while waiting to enter. This is no fault of waste managements though really.
