WM failed to collect my trash and or recycle containers 4 times last year. WM refused to collect on a "snow day" that resulted in less than 1/2 inch of snow on the grass and NO snow on the roads. Customer Service told me, the trucks were not 4 wheel drive and therefore could not collect trash that day. I asked for a credit for the days WM failed to collect my trash and recycle and they said no because their cost of doing business did not change just because they did not collect my trash. Yep, for real. I would 100% never use WM if I had a choice. They are a monopoly in Newberg. WM does NOT care about their customers and is mismanaged in Newberg.

Mechanical Nature

The absolute worst for customer service. Once they have the monopoly in the area, every nickel they save is profit. If I need a vacation hold, I can either call and sit on hold LITERALLY HALF AN HOUR and then waste 15 more minutes rehashing account number, etc. Chat isn't any better - I was #68 in line last time. I think they're hoping you'll give up in frustration and just pay for service you don't get. Awful!!!

It’s garbage pick up. They usually do it and do it fine. HOWEVER they refuse to pick up my yard debris. No matter how many times I call in or ask about it, I’m told “oh just put it out with the trash hiand they will pick it up” Service: Furniture removal
