Have 2 dumpsters at an apt. complex I own that get emptied several times a week. Always gouging me with overage costs if the dumpsters are not filled up PERFECTLY. Killing the anticipated budget and causing me grief. If drivers would spend just 1 minute to help out instead of spending the 1 minute to take a picture of the cans imperfect filling would save thousands. Haven’t had a problem in 11 years until recently they’ve become lazy and irresponsible at their job because a millimeter of ice is a hazard zone and can’t put the drivers life at risk. Their management is a joke and does not communicate and when they do they treat you like you are an idiot… absolutely going to be using another company if they keep this up.Service: Junk removal

They’ve decided to start charging extra if the can is too full. We’ve been using them for years and now they send me a letter telling me my can is too full and that is my warning. Next time I will be charged extra. Sorry, it’s bad business to arbitrarily make up new rules as you go. Seems like a scheme to raise fees. Service: Hazardous waste removal & disposal
