Nice newly renovated dealership. Ford and Honda. Good service. Friendly and helpful staff. Wish I had purchased my truck from them instead of the dealer in Concord. Only reason I did not give 5 stars is it is very hard and time consuming going through the phone system to actually talk to a live person. Have to make the right selection in the process or practically start over. They want you to set up appointments online.

I am so happy with my new car! I didn't have high hopes going in but they made it happen for me! Got me out of a very bad deal and into a great one... Life changing really! My engine was overheating on a trip from SF to Salem and they were able to diagnose the problem quickly and even got me a quick fix to get me as far as Ashland even though they were able to close and the tools had already been put away. The quick fix even lasted me throughout the rest of my trip so I am eternally grateful for the kindness and care I received last week. I wouldn't have been able to make it to see a friend of mine who was ill without it.
