This is by far the worst subway I’ve ever used. It’s filthy bird droppings everywhere, stations and tracks never get cleaned, and everything looks old and neglected. The trains seem to run on their own schedule, completely disconnected from the official one. The staff have no idea how to make it function like it should be. Instead of improving service or cleanliness and safety all they ever do is raise prices. An absolute embarrassment for a major city.

My family and I have taken the N or the D train to coney island and on left side of the view is the yard and saw many trains parked there because it was the weekend. Also, it is one of the largest in North America and the largest in New York City's MTA subway system, covering 74 acres and capable of storing a large number of subway cars.

This place is big! I'm not sure if it's larger than the other yard in Jamaica, Queens? But it looks to be larger than the other I've seen. It's definitely larger than the 2 that were built above. First 1 that I know of is Brooklyn, Atlantic Ave. Barkley Center, & the 2nd in Manhattan on West 34th St. If u didn't already know that there's a yard there? You wouldn't know by looking around.
