Jacob was a pleasure to work with getting my truck scheduled and worked on. He helped troubleshoot what I thought was an oil leak. Turns out it was a coolant leak where the tubing wasn’t completely secured. He was able to work on my car the same day that I dropped it off, and I got my car back a lot sooner than expected. I felt like Jacob dealt with me honestly when looking into other issues with my truck. It’s never fun taking your car in to get worked on. But overall, this was a good experience.
